We hired Fredy to re-sod our large backyard that just had a drain field replaced. He came out immediately and provided a very competitive estimate and showed up with a full crew to complete the job. We had Gary and his team take out our lawn, reseed and move several plants. When asked when he would start he said 2 weeks and 2 weeks later he was starting the project. My husband and I made changes throughout the project and they were very willing to roll with our request. Very easy to work with, good price and awesome results.

Francisco tackled a yard that the renter had not done anything in over five years but mow the lawn. We spent lots of time walking around the yard discussing what needed to be done. When I next saw the yard it looked complete different and wonderful. Francisco was very professional and able to complete the job is an amazing short period of time. We have a steep sloped back yard which we have been contemplating landscape for 29 years. We have interviewed 3 landscape designers and never felt they were listening to our vision. Within 5 minutes, Renewal described our vision with a realistic solution and the anxiety of decision making was over. He new exactly what it would take and how to go about it. Talking with a grounded, normal person who listened to our specific needs created what we wanted, not what the landscaper thought we wanted. Thank you again.

The consummate professionals. Trevin was great to work with during the planning phase. We knew what we wanted and he helped guide us to the right decisions. He brought us samples of all the materials to make the right choice. During the actual installation, Gus and the entire crew were courteous and very efficient. The communication from beginning through the end of the project was spot on. I'll say they were not the cheap option, but you most certainly get what you pay for! Exquisite work!

Alan was great to work with; courteous, dependable, and personable. He was able to schedule my job quickly and did it at a very reasonable rate. He and Mike painted the entire interior of my house, as well as all of the woodwork, including window trim/sills, baseboards, door frames, and doors. It was a tedious job but it turned out beautifully. Alan also helped me out by cutting and inserting portions of baseboard that were missing â a nice surprise since I didnâ t think I would be able to do it and it wasnâ t in his scope of work. When the project took longer than expected, Alan was very apologetic. All-in-all, it was a very good experience. I would highly recommend Best Property Management Services.
