"I requested them to look my refrigerator cooling issue and technician came to look on same day. He suggested me honestly about the condition and Freon can fix that but no warranty since it's not a parts. I took a risk technician to work and after couple of hours I can see the refrigerator start cooling. Hope it will stay for long since he didn't able to find out the leaking place but he says that it will stay for 15 days or multiple years depends on leak and not worth to spend 50% of money of refrigerator to fix the issue. "Want to express my satisfaction with the service I received from Apple Appliance Repair. I had put in a request for an application repair organization on the internet and with in about 5 minutes Apple Appliance Repair called me. They made an appointment the next day and determined that the dishwasher problem reported to my by a tenant did not exist. They did not charge me for expensive repairs when they well could have, just a $40 service call. I made a follow up call the next day to have a refrigerator looked at. I was in the process of replacing the refrigerator as I didnÂ’t think it could be repaired. The Apple Appliance technical scheduled an appointment right away, was able to fix the refrigeratorÂ’s problem without having me replace it and probably saved me $300 or $400. I appreciated their quick response and seemly honest effort to fixed the problems without charging an excessive amount. "
