I hired My Roofer to replace my roof.

Explained what needed to be done. Showed pictures of before and after. Cleaned up all the debris and hauled it off. The crew was polite. Great job. I would recommend them to everyone.

Was ok experience. Had to correct couple of problems but they did to my satisfaction. They ran magnet twice an I still picked up 26 nails one day after flat, an another 31 after 2nd flat. After 5 flats (2-truck; 3-lawnmower) finally got them all. I Hope!
Make sure you understand if they resubmit to insurance additional items. (Even if say “if Ins. doesn’t pay you want have to worry”. If Insurance doesn’t pay). You will be billed for those items. Make sure you understand this fact.
Work was quick and looks great. They used top quality products, with good warranty. I would use again if needed another roof.

There was a mixup regarding the building permit apparently. I had to personally call the local government to get the permit started. The work was quick and is high quality and is low cost as well which means it is a great value. Would recommend them it be sure you have a permit.
