Remodel Works Bath & KitchenKitchen remodel started November 9th, 2020 and was scheduled for six weeks. They finished early, which was a major plus. From the first phone call to the last day of the project, Remodel Works was highly engaged and supportive. For instance, we wanted a new Kitchen but did not have an idea of what to do. John De Luca designed a kitchen that exceeded our expectations. Ryan the project manager was straight forward, communicated well and got the job on time. Our new kitchen has made it the center of our house. Prior to the remodel, the family would seldom utilize the Kitchen unless it was for cooking. Now it has become the hub our home. Friends and family are amazed at our new kitchen. We constantly receive positive feedback about the design and color schemes. Building In HarmonyWe have used Building In Harmony in the past and we were extremely happy with the overall work they did, this time we had them remodel our 3 bathrooms, Kitchen and to scrape/resurface all the acoustic ceilings in three rooms. Everything turned out very well. The bathroom was completely redone and updated (we even added home automation system with heating floors), the kitchen was opened and joined the rest of the house and with no walls. Michael kept us informed about every step of the work. The teams were very conscientious with masks and social distancing. Last but not least, they thrilled us with the updates to the lights and the fresh look of the house. Eazy A Roofing & RepairI had a leaky roof one day and I searched around for estimates. Edgar came by and assessed the damage and went over all of the options. He was very professional, transparent with his suggestions, and did not put any pressure with any of his options. We decided to replace the entire roof since we were also planning on getting solar. He did an AMAZING job and did not cut any corners. The next time it rained, the whole house stayed dry! He also mentioned that he does drywall and since we recently had some heaters removed, we asked him for help on that project. He was able to knock that out with no problem as well. The Patch Boys of San DiegoGreat company and I highly recommend them. I chose The Patch Boys to put texture on my walls after removing wallpaper. Once the wallpaper was removed, the walls were very damaged so I had to sand them. Esteban came out and did an excellent job putting texture on the walls. The walls look brand new and are ready to be painted. Jeremy provided great customer service and responded promptly to my phone calls and text messages. the worker who installed the fan/light did a great job but when I asked about the use of 2 light switches, one for fan, one for light, he said he did not know electrical. I asked the next day Sergio and he agreed to do the electrical work, when I tried to schedule it with Sergio the following week, he said he now wanted more money, I paid $400 for work that was done in less than an hour. The electrical work should be done in less than an hour, I suspect 30 minutes. Sergio committed to fixing the problem and did not honor his commitment.
