Recent Review: Things went very well. They were polite and quick and thorough and very fair with pricing. They had to go on the roof to do the clean out and it was a nasty rainy day. No complaining, just great service. I will have them back out for the necessary repair AND another plumbing job (repair toilet) that I was going to do myself. I trust them more and the price they quoted made the decision easy.

Recent Review: It went very well. I had one toilet that "ran" continually and one that was slow to flush. The "running" toilet was included in the Big Deal price. The repair of the slow flushing on toilet #2 was $22.50. He inspected all of our faucets and pointed out the beginning of corrosion, suggesting that we replace all the faucets. He also suggested a brand of faucet that is easy to repair and gave me an estimate on the cost of replacing my faucets. All in all, we were very happy with the results of this visit.

Recent Review: They did an excellent job. My only complaint is that they didn't allow me to price them out before arriving. When I called asking for prices, they said that only the plumbers that arrived on site could do that. I confirmed this pricing arrangement after stating that all I need was a drain cleaned and wanted a price for this. They wouldn't do it over the phone. I ended up going with Bacon Plumbing since the other plumbers that offered pricing options, wouldn't be available until the following day. In a pinch, Bacon works, but I won't use them for normal work that is not time sensitive.

Recent Review: From the first phone call, the dispatcher was great with helping us get quick service. I told her the problem and James was knocking on the door in less than thirty minutes. He told us the problem and price, and fixed everything. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing issues that may come about.

Recent Review: I contacted C & C due to a toilet that would not flush. They had a technician on site within a couple of hours. The tech initially felt that the problem was within the toilet itself; however, I asked that he first try cleaning the sewer line. Turned out that the blockage was within the toilet and the toilet needed to be replaced. The technician and I discussed the available options. Because of the "laws" requiring toilets to be water-efficient, I elected to purchase a top of the line toilet for the replacement. There were decent options available at about half the price, so please note that the total of this job could have been in the $450 to $500 range, but I chose the more expensive option. I am very happy with the end result. The technicians were professional and prompt. I have used C & C in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Recent Review: I have found my new plumber! First, I called the city to let them know that the sewer was backing up into my shower and the toilets were very, very slow to clear. The city came out within an hour of my call after inspecting the cleanout they told me the problem was past what they could do. I called Made’s Plumbing and Ben called me back promptly saying he would be out late in the afternoon. Ben came assessed the problem and got to work. He was able to fix the problem in a timely manner, throughout the process he let me know what he was doing and why. He was very polite and easy to work with. I will be calling him again, when I need a plumber! Best of all, his prices were reasonable.
