    Same day service! no water after the snow storm of 2021. Chad and his crew were very professional and had it fixed in no time. Pricing was way lower than expected. Had a water filter installed in my kitchen. LOVE IT! My daughter is super picky about her water, she no longer buys bottled water! It pasts her test quite well. Water tastes amazing. I am spoiled now, when going out I always have water from my house in a bottle so I don't have to drink water from other places

    I called the day after Christmas. Other companies I called went to voice mail. Ernies Plumbing answered right away, then called back in about 10 minutes saying the plumber would arrive in 30 minutes, in which they did.Terry is the man. Very respectful, courteous, and very helpful. He said he has 20 years in the business and it showed. He not only showed me how to avoid a very complicated and expensive repair (very important!) while getting the same result, but he explained to me what he was doing as I had to put in the Reverse Osmosis systems after he left. I was also educated as to how things work, which proved very helpful when installing the R/O system.The only problem was both of our sons got a remote control helicopter for Christmas, and he wasn't able to help me get mine to fly correctly! I have managed to forgive him over the past 2 days though

    We experienced a water leak from a softener in the garage. We just moved into a new home and still had boxes and furniture in the garage. Water had leaked into the house and we needed help fast. Bryan from Ernie's Plumbing was great. He bypassed the softener which was still under warrantee and while he was at our home repaired several toilet handles. He was prompt, knowledgable, courteous, and quick to complete the job---a real professional. We were new to the area and found this company on Angie's List. We will definitely call Ernie's again

They were supposed to do it in two days, but it took them three days. They took a long time to remove the old one. They finished the job on time. They came on time

    Shawn from Ernie's Plumbing came to my house two weeks ago to quote the job. He was very professional and knowable and gave me a written quote. I already had two other quotes by firms that did it over the phone - not a good idea. Another Dallas based plumbing firm wanted $35 to quote. Bad business model. All were on Angie's list. I scheduled Ernies for the following Thursday. Shawn and a helper arrived on time. It ok three men to get the old unit out of my attic. They spent a full day and I did get a call about replacing my 13 yr old recirc pump. I agreed. They were finishing the job when I got home. I was extremely please with the way the job was done and they held their quoted price - no surprises. Shaw and his assistant we very professional. I would hire them again

    Ernie's plumber Donald #380 came out on time and was very professional and knew what he was doing. I had a very small gas leak in one of my lines in the attic. I located the leak so I knew where it was. I turned off the gas from the meter. Next day Ernie's sent Donald out to my home. I showed him the leak, he confirmed, quoted me a price, I agreed. Donald was professional, knew what he was doing, showed me a few things about my gas fireplace and gas hot water heater. We had a nice conversation, etc..... As a DIYer I am confident of doing some things around the house, but I don't mess with gas. Just a nice experience overall

    The jobs were completed over a few different appointments. One of the faucets they installed had somehow broken around five months later. When I called them about it, they came back and replaced it at no cost. One of the plumbers had accidentally taken one of my faucets and he was willing to return it. During the installation of the pressure valve, there was a rainstorm. The technician was willing to complete the job even though it was storming. He truly went above and beyond. Overall, they did a very good job

They were knowledgeable & efficient in navigating the permit & inspection stages - so we had no delays. Their pricing was very fair and upfront - so we had no surprises at the end. I've used Chambliss for our personal plumbing needs, but this was the first time to use them on behalf of an organization for a major project. They provided the same consistently fantastic service on a larger scale as they have for us personally.     One of the units is now a lot louder than the other, and even louder than what the units were before they did the work. I called them to figure out what the issue is. After looking at the unit, the installer initially said it was the bearings of the motor. I asked him to replace it with another motor (which they would have had to do for free). He then changed his story and said the noise issue was the condenser. What a bunch of crap. Bottom line, I had Service Experts for appx 20 years before Levy and Son bought them out. I NEVER had an issue with Service Experts – If there was a problem, they fixed it without some run around about what the problem was. I have not been pleased with Levy and Son’s maintenance of my air conditioning units for the last two years since they have bought out Service Experts. I have decided to fire them and find a company I can trust

    The installation was done on the day requested, 6/1/2020. The sales guy, Johnny, was fantastic. I asked how often the media in the filtration system needed to be changed and he said around every 1.5 years. It's now 12/2021 and it's 1.5 years and unfortunately Johnny is no longer with the company . I called Water Bionics to have the media replaced and the phone message says they'll call back at their earliest convenience. Really "...their earliest convenience." So if I feel like calling you back I will. If not I won't. WOW! I called them twice and apparently I'm not important enough to get a call back. Even though the equipment works fine there's no customer service after you buy from this company. We had a boil order a few months ago and I called to get new filters for the Reverse Osmosis system and it was like they were doing me a favor selling me new filters. I had to give them the model numbers of the filters and the type of the Reverse Osmosis THEY sold me. I guess they don't have any way to look up what equipment they sold me? Plus they didn't provide a filer that was needed and getting tired of not getting my calls returned about it, I found it on Amazon and bought it from there. It seems this company is trying really hard to NOT be in business any longer. Too bad that now I have to find another company to get equipment that WILL be serviced. I'll be doing this at my earliest convenience which is now

    I do not recommend this company for anything. Avoid Bacon plumbing, electrical, hvac, drains, roofing and whatever else they tell you they know how to do. If they do this type of work on a commercial property I can only imagine what they would do at your house. I complained about the unprofessional job they did with foil tape so they came back and put a boot on like they should have done from the beginning. The only problem is that underneath that foil tape they put in a screw that penetrated the roof membrane which when removed turned into a roof leak. This was the second roof leak that they caused and refused to pay for the repairs. They also recommended a 21k sewer line replacement which after getting a second opinion turns out did not need to be done. They talk a good game and will beat you over the head about how great they are but while they may have fancy trucks and a cool slogan, behind the facade of maketing is poor workmanship and a lack of eithics
