Ernie's Plumbing Service IncWater pressure was due to dirt in faucet. He showed us how to take faucet apart and clean but said if problem continued we would probably have to get a new faucet. Stove top was not able to be fixed and he advised us to have someone measure and then install a new stove top. I was pleased with his opinion especially since I had already had someone out who told me I had a leak which I already knew and then said I needed a gas plumber. He had to go above and beyond to get in extremely cramped place. He saved me from trashing the whole gas system and water heater. He also made sure the heater taht goes to my air conditioning system was fixed. He was incredibly good at what he did. I cant explain the kind of sacrifice to get that done. Ernie's Plumbing Service IncThey found a leak, and replaced about 20 feet of bad pipe. The put a permit through the city, and made sure it passed code. They were able to get my heat back. I called them back to do another gas leak detection for my pool, of which they were able to find another leak (Fixed for around $500). The master plumber (Charlie) was one of the best I have every worked with, he goes above and beyond.- Tony A.

Ernie's Plumbing Service IncWe called on a Monday morning. Our service man, Thomas Johnson, showed up within the time frame promised (approximately 1 1/2 hour after our call). He was very courteous, explained in detail what was involved in the 3 projects, quoted us the cost for each, and about how long it would take him to do the work. He was very efficient and experienced. Everything worked perfectly before he departed. We are pleased to have finally found a plumber that knows his stuff! Moving is very stressful and when I called Ernie's Plumbing they were very friendly in scheduling an appointment and the plumber came out promptly. Terry Brown introduced himself and was very professional. When I couldn't explain what the inspector told us he agreed to speak to my brother in law over the phone with a great attitude to clear up any confusion of the problem. As he was doing the work, Terry communicated well and explained other cost saving options I had and what other improvements he found that I may be interested in. Even though the cost started adding up, I never felt pressured just reassured that if I decided to move forward he would be providing me quality work.- Hung T.

Ernie's Plumbing Service IncTerry Brown strikes again! He was prompt and professional. He clearly explained what work needed to be done along with the estimated time frames for the inspection, etc. It was alot of money but again there were no surprises and we were happy with the results. He cleaned up as he worked (cutting up the sheet rock, going up into the attic to install the gas line and of course as he was coming in and out of the house) and explained the risk of damages that could be incurred with cutting a hole in our wall that we would need to be aware of. Things went smoothly and once he completed the install we were able to test out the dryer while he was there to ensure all was working properly. We are very satisfied with the installation and we felt that Terry always had our interest in mind. He definitely reconfirmed that we made the right choice by calling Ernie's Plumbing and of course requesting Terry to do the job.- Hung T.
