The guy showed up, asked me a few questions, took a look around, and went right to work with the snake. But as soon as he realized it was a job for the city because it was between the cleanout and the main, he phoned it into them. Jiffy didn't charge me a dime, despite the fact that this happened on a Sunday night at about 6PM. The guy was honest and professional. He took the time to explain to me what was going on, which I appreciated. I'll definitely call them back the next time I need a plumber.

We had a bad stoppage in a drain pipe. The plunger was no help at all, so we called Stang Plumbing to schedule an emergency service. The work was performed quickly and I was given useful information in the process. I will not hesitate to use Stang Plumbing again.

First plumber could not clean the line. Snake was to small. Second plumber came by with a larger snake and cleaned it right out.

I called this company for the first time, with an emergency situation, on a Sunday. The phone customer service team was great. Within two hours, a technician was at my door to assist. The plumber who came, Anthony, was superb! He was courteous, incredibly professional, and calm. He checked out the situation, told me exactly what needed to be done, quoted an affordable price, and he fixed the problem. He had all of the equipment and parts on hand needed for the service, cleaned up the area when he was done, and took the time to educate on maintenance/preventive tips for the future. I would highly recommend this company and technician.

What a great experience!  Scheduling was a breeze and we received an appointment within the week. Juan and Hugo did a great job. They were nice, polite and efficient in their work. They were informative, which was helpful, as this is our first home with a septic system. I will be using them for all my septic needs in the future and will be telling all my friends in town about them! One final note, their pricing was reasonable, which as a customer is so important and is always a deciding factor in choosing a company. Thank you for a job well done!

This was an amazing customer service experience. Everyone, from the receptionist who took our call to the technician who responded (Bryan) was professional, courteous, prompt, professional. Unlike most tradesmen we've had conduct repairs in our house, he actually cleaned up after the work was done! I should add that all this took place from about 8:45--11:00PM at night. And Bryan had another call to go do after ours.

Administrative office communication was responsive and established date and time of technician arrival. Day of appointment technician called to advise he would arrive in about 5 minutes. The technician was professional and informative about procedure for camera inspection of the main sewer line. Camera showed no problems as line was clear, clean, and free of any tree root invasion. This is the second time I have used 4 Service Pros having complete satisfaction. I have found the company to be honest and reliable.   I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very happy that my insurance chose to send disaster response. Not only did they do agreat job but Adam was so nice and knowledgeable in making his order as pleasent (!) as called posibly be.

Great. My main sewer line was clogged by roots. I asked three plumbers in evaluate the job and give me options and estimates. Two said I had a broken sewer line, which was in a difficult place to reach. The job was estimated to cost about $14,000 and they would need to destroy my front yard, basement floor and wall in the process. Costs for repairs for yard, wall, and floor were going to be in addition to sewer repair. The Plumbing Dr said the same thing but they added there was a chance a small root entered through a joint in the line without a break. One option they proposed was to thoroughly clean the line of roots (the first plumber was supposed to have done this but did not do a complete job) and then take a better look to see if the line was broken. If it was not, then the line could be treated with a root repellent once a year to keep roots out for a few hundred dollars. Plumbing Dr cautioned if there was a break in the line they'd need to take the more expensive approach other plumbers recommended. Plumbing Dr did remove the roots, found no break, and was able to fix the problem much cheaper than others. Then they cleaned the line, which I'm sure had never been done. I appreciate their help averting a disaster.

Mr. Gutrick was very professional and his work was exceptional. I would definitely recommend him if you ever needed your septic tank cleaned.

They were polite, prompt and professional. I don't remember other details due the to length of time since the event, but we were very satisfied with them.

Wow! BEST SERVICE EVER! Zach came out this morning and snaked out my main drain (roots from tree out front). He was on time, very professional, and extremely knowledgable about his profession. He explained exactly what he was doing, and why. He snaked it out twice, until there was no resistance, but before satisfying himself that the job was truly complete, he took the time to actually listen to the water flowing through my main drain to ensure he could hear that the line was running clear and flowing unimpeded to the drain in the street (it sounded like an elongated  "kerplunk" followed by a flushing sound). What also impressed me was the fact that I initially called on a Saturday, and Zach called me back in less than 10 minutes to address my concerns. After speaking with me, he agreed that I did not need emergency service, but if I changed my mind, or the situation got worse, he would be out over the weekend if I needed him ... all I had to do was call. Finally, after finishing the job, Zach cleaned up around the drain and work area (first time that ever happened). On his way out, I asked Zach to leave me his card as I will only be using Cardinal from now on!      

It turned out very well and I was happy with the work. They were able to offer some good suggestions on installing some sort of monitor to keep track of flooding in the basement. We took their suggestions.

The workers were prompt and courteous. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend this company.
