Sergio provided a reasonable estimate and worked me into the schedule the following week. Frank is the 'king of drywall' and a true craftsman, replacing some bad sections of dry wall, filling several cracks, taping, floating, adding a skim coat, texturing, and painting the entire room. Montevista is a company owned by two brothers, Rolando and Jesus, who are both extremely talented, professional, and courteous. It has been a pleasure working with them. They were always flexible when we came up with additional things to do or modifications of what we initially agreed to. Part of their work was scheduled during the recent power outage/water outage here in San Antonio, and they worked well around that problem. The work done is excellent, and the contrast with our prior bathroom is amazing. We are working with them on complete painting of the interior and exterior of the house, including a window replacement and we are confident they will do the same kind of excellent work they did on the bathroom! By the way, their pricing was extremely reasonable and competitive as we had three other estimates.
