Integrity Roofing & SidingWe could not have found a better company. Work was done in February 2019. Workers were prompt and courteous. They cleaned things up at the end of each day. They came early and stayed as late as necessary to finish whatever they were working on and pickup as needed. Sometimes there were 10-15 or more people working. We do not have one single complaint. Top quality products were used. We got the upgraded roof. It took them about a week to get everything done. They even painted our new garage door. Price was competitive with the other estimate we got from a contractor with mediocre reviews. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and family. Integrity Roofing & SidingFrom the beginning, communication with Integrity was fantastic. When engaging our insurance adjuster, they kept us updated on the latest. When the work commenced, there was a project manager on site to be sure everything ran smoothly. He made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way (thank you, Francisco) and we heard directly from the owners throughout the process. Our yard was cleared at the end of the day, and at the end, our yard was swept by the crew, the project manager with magnets, and again by our assigned rep. D Michael DesignsDave was great to work with. He was very forthcoming and very knowledgeable. He provided daily updates and would respond to my email or text messages promptly, most within an hour. The quality of work was excellent. His concrete subcontractor though made a number of mistakes which was quite frustrating but he got them to fix the issues. It did take the subcontractor several tries before they fixed it so that was disappointing. However, the end product look wonderful. I would definitely highly recommend Dave. A-team construction co.A-team is a professional general contractor and they do anything from installing new foundation, framing, walls and finishes, flooring, install any type of doors and windows, install new roof, install new HVAC with ducts, any electrical work, any type of ceiling from drop ceiling to hard lid, any type of flooring from residential tiles to commercial epoxy. I have hired A-team for multiple small an large scale projects for commercial buildings for past couple of years. I first heard of Roof Fix via their ad on KAHL radio which advertised how highly rated they and that offered 50% off on labor. I made an appointment and in November 2020 Mr. Tim Charmichael of Roof Fix came out to my house. At first all looked good. He seemed friendly and knowledgeable and spent about an hour and a half going over my needs, of which I had made a very detailed list which I gave him. When he left he promised a proposal by the end of the week. About 3 weeks went by and I did not hear from him. After I contacted him by email a few days later I received a proposal that was at least 50% higher then it should have been for the work to be performed, was not very detailed and gave no mention at all of the 50% off labor promotion which I had heard on the radio and had mentioned to Mr. Charmichael when he came out to my house. If he spent more then half an hour on that proposal I would be surprised. Obviously the company did not want the job. They could have just told me that. It would have been much nicer than ignoring me and then when I asked where the proposal was at giving me a sky high bid. Plus their advertising obviously does not mean a thing. If a company advertises 50% off labor then they need to issue a bid stating what the labor charges will be and then applying the advertised discount. The proposal I received had no mention of that. Fortunately I did not wind up hiring these people as it is obvious that they cannot be trusted. Still looking for a contractor as I write this.

We picked them after interviewing various large companies and we were sold on the fact that the owners are closely monitoring and making sure that things are done well. They have been working with the same master roofer for decades and completed the work within budget and on schedule. They identified problems from previous roofing work and corrected all the things. If I need to have any roofing repairs in the future I'll be calling them.

Arrived on time as scheduled, took only 2 days, as planned, completed entire roof replacement. Promptly sent all necessary paperwork to insurance to facilitate speedy reimbursement.
