This was an excellent experience. Monte (Sales associate) was very responsive. Arrived on time for estimate appointment. Estimate was very fair. Scheduled the job in between rain drops. Was here to get the job started...and then a few days later, came back to walk the roof and ensure that the job was done to their quality expectations. The two people that did the work were very professional, knew what to do, and cleaned the job site afterwards. They were efficient and did high quality work. I would use them again as their prices are fair but more importantly, their customer service and quality work was off the charts. Excellent experience.

LeafFilter Gutter Protection
Installation was OK but servicing by Leaf Filter has been HORRENDOUS. I am a good one to try & save money but with their current service model I would mot use them again if their quote was half if another company. I have collected over 25 gutter screws in my driveway, my tires, a friend's tire & the yard below the gutters. Clearly no sweep was done as part of a standard cleanup process. All I have asked is for them to reimburse me for 3 tire repairs & the cost of a new tire - just over $230. After spending $5k witj them, 22 phone calls to the local oiffice in Indianapolis, my sales rep. as well as John, the Operations Mgr & receipts documenting my cost I have YET to hear a word from them. I just called Oct 23rd to followup on the last call of Sept 8th. Gutters installed JULY 1. i will hire an attorney & they can pay $231 or $2,310 for an attorney. Disgusting!!!

This is the second home John installed gutter guards on and he excelled in all areas. John scheduled me within 3-4 days of my initial call. John called in advance when he was running 15 minutes late and when he arrived went straight to work. I could ramble on about one thing or another but at the end of the day, I am a customer who expects a lot, and John delivers. Give him a chance and I think you be pleased. I also enjoy Johns company as he is a very kind gentleman.

I contacted the company for an estimate in fall 2009 when the owner was just starting the company. We received an estimate quickly and told him to go ahead, only to find out that the manufacturer was backlogged on orders for the gutter guard we wanted due to high demand. The materials came in during the dead of winter, so we decided to have them installed in the spring. When I called to schedule the work, the owner said he was going to the home show the coming week and would get lots of orders then, so didn't know how soon he could schedule our work. I told him I had waited since last fall so explected to have my work completed before the home show orders. He then scheduled it for 2 weeks later and did a very good job of installing the product. I am very pleased with the guard. It works as promised & we have not had any problems thus far. In heavy rains the water does overlflow at the corners where the sections are connected, but we were informed of that when he was here. I would definitely reocmmend this product and company to others.

We paid for the deal on May 6th and waited for initial contact from the supplier. After about a month we called and were told the supplier was going in for surgery and would come out the next week...fair enough. We waited again and after a couple weeks we contacted again and he came out and measured for the job. The next week was scheduled but we received an email that the workers brother was in a bad accident...fair enough. Another couple of weeks and a couple more cancellations. Anyway, on about July 1 or so, the job was done...about 3 months after paying for it. Not cool. The actual work was fine but it took far too long to happen.

Prior to this year I would have rated him highly. But currently, he is not returning my calls and I have been calling him since the spring and it is now the fall. He will not put me on his schedule for my annual check up on my gutter guard covers. He stated that the gutter guards are not under contract in regards to clogging. I found the contract which states that the gutters will not clog. He says the contract only advised the downspouts will not clog, but this is not what contract says. When it rains heavily I am having trouble with my gutters, and I believe the gutters are clogged and they are traveling. I know it is not the roof as I have annual inspections of the chimney and shingles and no one is finding any problems. After it rains I am having a continuous drip and puddles for hours afterwards. I feel he is not owning up to his end of the contract.
