Knox Septic Sewer ServiceJim knows his "stuff" and was very easy to work with from start to finish! We had another company out prior to Knox and they did about $1,200 worth of work to try and fix the high levels in our septic tank only for it to fail less than two weeks later. We then called Knox and wished that we would have done that from the beginning. Jim diagnosed our septic tank failure in less than 15 minutes by probing all around our yard. He was very up front and honest with us about timelines/costs and he and his team replaced our entire system in less than a week with no surprises along the way! Jim was always available for any questions that popped up before the big dig and his communication throughout was outstanding. We just had our final walkthrough yesterday and my husband and I both have a good understanding of how our new system works, what needs to be done to maintain it, and we also know that if any issues or concerns arise, Knox will be right there to help us through them! Highly recommend this company! Added Bonus: My 5 year old son LOVES construction vehicles and Jim and his crew were so kind and friendly towards him during every encounter. G & S SEPTIC PUMPINGG&S; has been doing my every 3 year DNR required septic check and often I am not at my cabin. The last 2 check-ups they said I did not need a septic pump out. A less honest company could easily have charged me, I would not have known the difference, but they did not. It is nice to work with a company with integrity.- Michael Z.

Jim Gravelie ExcavatingWe were gettting a foul smelling "liquid" seeping in between the base of the wall and the floor in our basement. We had a company come in and send a camera down the pipe and found an issue with the pipe between the house and the septic tank. The pipe needed replaced. The company doing the inspection couldn't do it for at least 30 days so we went to look elsewhere. Called Jim and he came out the same day, walked me through what they were going to do and what to watch out for - said he could start that afternoon. He was the first pwerson I talked to - I had someone scheduled to come out the next day to give me another estimate so I didn't have him start. I decided to go with the other guy (we'll call him B) based on price. But B didn't show up when he said he would and when we discussed the work to be done he seemed to want to do things on the cheap - so I didn't have a good feeling about it. So I cancelled with B and called Jim back. Jim said he would be there either Monday or Tuesday of the next week. He called that Monday morning to let me know he was on his way. He had it all done before 4pm. He did a great job and I was happy to pay the higher price as I felt Jim was going to do the right thing and not cut corners on the work. He explained everything and offered to have someone come out tomorrow and run a free diagnosis service with a camera to see if there would be a problem with anymore blockage. Very nice company.

I had to call around for this project, and B & W was the only company that actually knew what I was talking about when I explained that I needed an incinerator removed from my basement. My house is a Broad Ripple bungalow built in 1956 so I'm sure I'm not the only Indy resident out there who had one of these monsters lurking in the basement! The man who came out to do the estimate was knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to set up an appointment to do the work the following week and everything went smoothly. Friendly and efficient technicians, reasonable price. Would hire again.
