Recent Review:
Once I was able to get hold of Mr. Dixon, I got the wood delivered 24 hours after my conversation. As usual, the load was cut into nicely sized pieces and was very well seasoned. My house stays at 75 all winter and the furnace stays off much of the time.

Overall, very well. Team worked on a Saturday to remove two dead ash trees from my back yard. Their team felled the trees, cut them up and hauled away. One of the trees accidentally broke a small section of my fence, but they were good to their word and replaced the fence along with a few extra fence pickets. This was my 2nd use of BRTS, and I will definitely keep them at the top of my list for future needs.

Outstanding work. I called, they came and the large tree that would have costed thousands in damage is on the ground. Major stress reliever. We live on 10 wooded acres that has an abundance of large trees. Duncans will do all of my future tree service needs. His charges were reasonable and fair. It's nice to know a guy.... And now I know a guy that can take care of my woods.

TREEOFantastic! I submitted online inquiry with photos on a Saturday. Monday morning, I heard from Emily who sent someone out within 2-3 days. He was an arborist. I told him what I thought I needed. He didn't want to prune trees that didn't need it (won my heart) so we decided on only ONE giant tree (just a few limbs/canopy over road) not the other 2 I thought needed it. He was pained to take down 6 young elm trees previous owner planted that were pulling out my fence/too close to electric wires to house but agreed they needed to come up now or later. He suggested now - cheaper. It did take about 6 weeks to get on their schedule. AWESOME team. Smart, careful, really cared about my neighbor! To thank her for letting us use her property, they cut an 8' diseased tree for her free. Could not be happier with them.- Anne H.

DUNCAN'S AFFORDABLE TREE SERVICEOur volunteer fire department was confronted with a hollow tree on fire during a woods/field fire. The tree was about 4 feet across, rotting, and on fire at the top and bottom. We called Duncans Tree Service and they came out in the dark within 1/2 hour of the call and cut down that flaming torch which was then extinguished. We were very happy with their quick service! Since we are a volunteer department they didn't charge us anything!- david r.

TREEOThe 5-man crew arrived early and worked like a well-oiled machine! They had a lift, a crane, a chipper, and a log truck. The process was very cool to watch as they had to remove the tree in sections and it was very tall (my sister and I thought it was the most entertainment we've had during COVID!). They cleaned up all of the debris from the removal process, and they were all very nice and professional. I would give them an A+ if I could, and we highly recommend them!!- Traci M.

Kelly Crockett's Tree CareThese guys did a fantastic job! They removed 3 large limbs that hung directly over my hosta garden--and not a single plant was harmed! I also had them remove 4 large trees. The guys were professional and safety conscious. Their equipment left no marks on my lawn, and they raked and cleaned up after. Kelly Crockett was recommended to me by a friend who had used his service. Crockett had been recommended to him. ANDREA'S GARDEN CENTER INCWe have purchased firewood three separate time from Andrea’s, for about $100 when you pick up and haul away. We have purchased annuals, vegetables, fruits and herbs there at least three years. We have been sorry when we purchased elsewhere, as we get a great volume and quality of harvest with their plants. Sometimes, their perennials are out later than other nurseries, and the perennial prices are a little higher than other garden centers for the size of the plants. ALL POINTS TREE SERVICEAwful communication. Show up and remove your tree have you explicitly asked them to contact you before showing up. No note in their estimate that they can come and go as they please so didn't think that would happen. Got home and they were halfway through taking the tree down so I let them finish. They left our gate to our backyard open, 2 items of theirs and all of our property that they moved they didn't move back. Owner has been nothing but a terrible communicator and rude at best. Nothing to say here except never use these people. Find someone else that knows how to pick up a phone or send an email.- Amy O.
