Workman Services, LLCI was very impressed with the quality of workmanship that Workman Services provided. The team was very professional and helpful when explaining the process of modeling and repairing my home. They also kept me abreast on the timeline of completing the projects--which I felt was very helpful. Although their work required a lot of supplies and tools, they kept the area nice and clean as they worked and after they finished each day. He and his team were able to come out only a few days later and completed the job in less than a day. I did not shop around on price much since they were able to come out so quickly, but the price still seemed reasonable. Quality of fence looks great as far as I can tell. Draper Fencing Company LLCWe contacted Draper fence for a quote on a privacy fence in mid-November in hopes of having something by the spring. They responded promptly and arranged for a visit and an estimate after Thanksgiving. Britt walked us through several options and answered all of our questions. He then sent us quotes on different styles of 6 foot cedar privacy fences. Once we decided to go with Draper, they booked us an install on or around 1/14/21 (with a 4 week weather buffer communicated - it is winter.) They actually were able to start work on 1/13 and completed the fence on 1/14. John, the crew lead on site, was professional and knowledgeable. He offered solutions to some challenges that we are happy with and he answered all of our questions. They removed the ratty, old chain link and installed a 6 foot, board-on-board cedar privacy fence (around 270 linear feet). The neighbors are very complementary of the work, and it's completed well ahead of when we had hoped- robert j.

This is the 3rd project done by TruBlue for us. Each time, I have been extremely satisfied with the work!! The first project was a shower installation. (It is beautiful!!) The second project was exterior trim repair and painting. The most recent project was an attic door replacement, by Darrell and Anthony. (Arrived and finished on time, did great work, and were friendly and helpful!) Each of these projects were quoted fairly and completed within budget and on time. The owner and his crew are respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I obviously trust the work since I have scheduled work with TruBlue on 3 different occasions. 10 out of 10 plan to call TruBlue when I need any other work to be done!

The quality of the fence and installation crew was not nor has it been an issue. What is a major issue is the non-existing customer service. Nearly 20 phone calls and two years later we may be getting the issue fixed. Ridiculous and unacceptable for a fence costing nearly $20,000; we regret ever going with Amerifence.

We had several woodworking jobs and most of the companies that came out would do some of the projects but not all of them. Hittle was able to do them all at a good price and with great professionalism. The hardest part of the job was taking out the old wood retaining walls around flower boxes that surrounded our patio and replacing them with new wood. They had to dig them out and then replacing them required a lot of precision work. They also took down an awkward old wooden awning and replaced it with a lattice wall next to the garden. Together those two projects make the patio area look 100 times better! We also had them build a short wooden fence and gate on the unfenced side of the house. And in front they installed a small wooden fenced area to corral our trash cans and hide them from the street. Everything looks great and the workmanship was truly excellent.

Concrete footings too small, allowing wind to tilt fence and breaking the top backer rails in the vicinity with fence falling over there, and this within 3 years of installation. Bullseye would not repair without charging for the work. Second section in another part of the fence had it's top backer rail also break in half due to flawed lumber (large knot in center of board).

Company failed to come out for a quote-TWICE. Talked with woman on phone and she said she would call first and come out either Thursday or Friday afternoon to give a quote for fence repair. Stayed home both those days, but got no call by Friday late afternoon, so I called her again. She sounded like she didn't remember me, but did apologize. We then set a specific date and time for her to come the next week and she actually called the day before to confirm she'd be here. But she did not show up and has not contacted me since. I'm disappointed and wonder why a company would do this-TWICE-to a potential customer.
