Cincinnati Boiler Heater Repair

I can’t say enough good things about Aaron. We have an old (very old) boiler heater and although this wasn't Aaron's specialty he still came out to look at it and was able to fix it. Duke Energy was replacing our gas lines and put in a temporary line that wasn't as powerful (for lack of a better word) and our old boiler's pilot light kept going out. I called Aaron on a Saturday and he came that day to fix it. He was responsive, honest and his prices were fair. We called Thompson before we called Aaron and they wanted double the amount Aaron charged us. Thompson first diagnosed the problem as something different and then came back with an amount that made us get a second opinion. That’s when I called Aaron. I’m very happy to give a referral for him.

I'm been having Paul service our air conditioner and hot water boiler heater for more than 15 years. He has always been professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. On this visit, we just wanted him to clean our gas boiler and check the zone valves which we didn't think were working correctly. He was very thorough in cleaning the boiler. He checked the zone valves and determine they were working correctly. He also showed me how to adjust the boiler temp. The system is working noticeably better now. On previous visits Paul has gone beyond what is normally expected. When our AC air handler failed, he rebuilt the fan cabinet instead of us having to buy a complete new air handler for much more money. He always finds the lowest cost solution that is still satisfactory. Paul is always punctual and professional. If he is not able to answer the phone when called, he always returns the call promptly. He is always on time for appointments or phones in advance if there is going to be a delay. I highly recommend him.
