He did it all from afar on his phone on multiple calls. He genuinely cared and wanted to give me peace of mind - he improved an already great perception of Absolute Pool and Spa Care and its team members. Premier Pool EnterprisesWe rent an "executive" home with a beautiful pool that the property manager maintains. Due to a quirk in our lease, they don't fix the heater if it breaks, which unfortunately it did. The PMs pool maintenance company quoted us $1000 to $1800 and probably 2 to 3 visits to fix it. My wife called around and got the best comfort level from Premier Pool Enterprises (not to be confused with Premier Pools and Spas in Alpharetta). Austin came out today, had the part with him, assessed for what would have cost $125 if we had not moved forward with the repair, and offered to fix the entire thing, new control board, igniter and labor for $700, including the assessment. He fixed it and took the time to stay around long enough to make sure it was working. In addition, he cycled it on an off multiple times and observed it. The office politely took my credit card for payment and offered to mail a receipt. Everyone involved was very polite and Austin was in a uniform. I was working in my basement office so I never saw whether they use lettered company vehicles. Overall, as a general manager of a service company myself, this was the type of service we strive to provided and an all too rare experience to have as a consumer. Given that the property manager maintains the rest of the pool except for the heater, we probably won't have a call to use them again, but I understand they also build pools, so maybe in our next home.- Jason M.

Anthony & Sylvan PoolsA&S; Pools exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a pool, hot tub and surrounding patio designed and built by A&S; in 2004 and are still loving it almost 17 years later! The workmanship was of the highest quality and the lifetime guarantee on the shell was a big selling point and we only had minimal work as one would expect on the pump and heater over the years. We also choose to have the in-floor cleaning system installed and it was the best decision we ever made. We broke ground on the pool in mid January of 2004, and started swimming in March and ever since, we have not had to use the vacuum even once. The in-floor system is that good. Ryan and his team did an awesome job not only refinishing our pool with a higher quality pebbletech, but they also added a tanning ledge and re-designed and rebuilt our fountain to look much better than the original design. The quality of work done on the pool was perfect. They chipped out and repaired the original pool issues. Ryan was excellent at daily communications and keeping us aware of status... and his team Worked through many rain days doing whatever they could to maintain schedule even with relentless rain. His crew was professional and helpful. Our pool Looks better now than the original ever looked. Ryan also provided advice on other areas like the decking whenever we asked. When my 26 year old filter became unusable, Donald was very responsive in providing me with a suggested product and quote that would work in my tight space. On the day of installation I was given a time frame window between 12:00-1:00 pm and the installer (Chris) came right on time at 12:00 noon. Chris was very efficient and took time to answer my questions and provide his input. I will definitely look to using PHD Pool Doctor for any future service needs.

This is our second time using NPHTR. It took a few visits to my home to troubleshoot the issue and for us to realize that my old heat/controller needed to be replaced. George helped to select a similar and affordable controller for my old hot tub, and later installed it for us. All is working great ever since! George is very knowledgeable and extremely honest; despite his many visits to our home, he only charged us for the time and service that ultimatelly added value to me as a client. We highly recommned his services!

Michael, the owner, came out and provided an estimate and the schedule for the work. I asked who would be doing the work and Michael stated that he would be doing the job. They arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up great. The walk and steps look great and this prevented a very costly porch and step problem later. I would definitely recommend B-Level and use again. The final price was the estimated price.
