I should say that the repair men themselves were fine. One guy fixed the washer, not problem. They guy for the fridge misdiagnosed the problem he said it ws not the compressor when it was the compressor. OK that happens. The central office was abysmal. We got all sorts of wrong information abuot discounts and coupons none of which were honored and when teh coupons were not honored and we decided to fix the old one and not buy the new one, they required a second viist for a second diagnosis ON THE VERY NET DAY with another diagnosis fee. Never. Again.

They were paid to come out and look at the repair he then wanted a $150 just to do a preventive maintenance then charge for additional parts and labor total he wanted over $400 close to 500. I had a second opinion they came out and fixed it for less than $200. Do not use them also look at better business where they are rated as an ed an F They are obviously doing a lot of people wrong to receive the Better Business Bureau writing of F

Hooper Power EquipmentThey picked up the mower the day I called. It was about 2 1/2 weeks before it was returned but that was actually sooner than I expected it. They had told me it would take up to 3 weeks due to the volume of work they had. The mower was repaired plus they sharpened the blades and cleaned under the deck. The guy who returned the mower patiently answered my questions. I have tried several mower service centers and this was my best experience.- Sherry B.
