    Yansel and his crew did a tremendous job! All of our ceilings look like new. They did a great job in a very short time. We were also able to stay in the house during the work. During his estimate visit he also noted some other areas that needed work, and we included those in the contract. His pricing was so reasonable that we contracted him a second time to complete some other repairs that we did not think we could afford. Excellent work, very professional and personable, we will use him again, and I highly recommend him for any type of home improvement

The team is very professional and very respectful. Dmitriy was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. Although the remodel took longer than anticipated due to the pandemic, we stayed in constant communication to get the job done and closed out. The team is also very honest. A mistake was made on the accent tiles; Dmitriy rectified the mistake and absorbed the cost. I would recommend New Living Construction

Which is what makes working with Joel and Jose Ramos of Unique Construction all the more exceptional. Project was done earlier than timeline, of better quality than even my highest hopes, and has proven to hold up over time. Impeccable responsiveness and professionalism from both Joel and Jose. Things were constantly and clearly communicated from proposal to completion. Their crews show up every day at beginning of day, leave at end of day, and don't leave **** around. Most importantly, they do things the right way. No shortcuts, no cheap/half *** fixes. All basic things you'd say but things that are virtually impossible to find in Miami.     Excellent. Upstairs bathroom completed in 8 work days - included new tub, tile, double vanity, fixtures, mirrors, lights, and toilet. We picked floor tile, wall tile, vanity counter top material, mirrors, lights, a/c receptacles, cabinet handles/pulls, fixtures, and paint. Dale selected solid wood vanity and tub. Dale and his crew (thank you Joe, Carlos, Juan) kept the dust & debris to the bathroom - rest of house stayed as clean as could be hoped for. Past water damage was corrected (no up charge) prior to installation of new materials. Dale explains every step of the way and provides options when they are available. Master bath was a larger project that involved a free standing tub, a separate shower with frameless glass door, double vanity, double mirrors, double lights, 5 additional lights, replaced exhaust fan, 32 sq feet additional floor space created to extend walk-in closet (from available space underneath stairs leading to 2nd floor), additional pocket door installation to replace closet sliding doors, new closet doors for linen closet, and addition of an entry door from the bedroom. Polished porcelain tile for shower, ledger tile for accent wall behind freestanding tub, large format tile throughout including closets, marble counter tops, painted everything (including ceiling). And removed wallpaper covering the entire mess at the very start. This one took 13 working days then another 1/3 day when Dale came back a week later for 'punch-out' (final inspection - touch up, etc.). Couldn't be more satisfied. A quality job, done how its supposed to be done
