The guys came out and gave us an estimate and then did the job. They were very professional and super courteous. I am very pleased with their work and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Advanced Air Solutions, Inc office responded quickly and scheduled the visit for the next day. The young lady who scheduled the appointment was very professional and pleasant. The tech was prompt, very nice and got us taken care of in no time. He knew what he was doing and got in and out. This might be the first time I have ever felt like I wasn't getting ripped off and upsold by an HVAC company at Carolina Beach. So glad to have an HVAC company in my contacts that finds the problem and fixes it. Excellent ! Excellent ! Excellent ! I'll highly recommend Advanced Air Solutions, Inc.

We installed a 12,000 BTU split AC system to cool an enclosed balcony in our 70 year old church. The installation was much more difficult than at first appeared. A special drill was rented to bore a 3 inch hole through a full foot of extremely hard brick. This took a couple of extra hours. Then electric connections had to made running about 100 feet through a crawl space crowded with central AC ducts installed by another company. This was extremely difficult and time consuming. When it was all done the entire job took several hours more than projected. Advanced Air stuck by their original estimate even though it was obvious that they lost their profit on this job due to the unanticipated difficulties. The management and workers were careful and respectful throughout the process. The final result was attractive, functional and all the difficulties were out of sight. Great job!!!

Service included mold removal, duct line replacement, new poly to crawl space ground & replacement of duct lines. Young men performing the work were very courteous and professional and did a beautiful job. In addition, Colin was always available to answer any of our questions.
