I would highly recommend this company if you just need a good quality cleaning and stop there."

"I would give 6 stars if I could to Affordable Door LLC and specifically to Carlos Castro. I only wish this company does work in other home repair categories. So why am I lavishing this praise? Here are my short bullets since I'm limited in space. 1. Rep, Samantha, was really easy to work with on scheduling and accepting pictures via phone to provide an initial estimate since I just wanted to know if it's something they could fix. When I got an initial quote, their explanation on needing to come out to see it was very logical too and I did not feel pressured. The fact that pictures can be accepted to see if it's a job that can be done is really helpful. So high grades for using present day mobile technology. 2. NO UP-SELLING Carlos showed up within appt window. Looked over the garage issues and suggested 3 additional fixes which I agreed to because I understood the physics behind the garage springs and pulleys. Didn't feel that Carlos was trying to add unnecessary work. 3. Carlos actually did not assume and DID NOT APPLY SCARE TACTICS requiring all 4 fixes to be done to avoid doomsday scenario. He asked which ones I'd like to have fixed so it was a no-pressure decision at all. 4. Work was done in 50 minutes. Carlos was quick and efficient. The four things that got done are (a) replace/install L-bracket that was shearing off vertical metal rib of garage door, (b) adjust pulley placement, (c) full tune-up bar spring & drums, (d) replace nylon rollers. All of which totaled to $324 which was in the sweet spot of what I planned for. 5. Finally, hats off on their tablet CREDIT CARD CHIP READER. Of all the contractors over the last 8 years, only Affordable Doors LLC was able to charge my credit card without having to copy down all my card numbers, my full name, and the 3-digit code .... which puts me at ease so I know no one can actually steal my credit card info if customer files got lost or got copied off by some web hacker. ...... only wish other contractors can follow these practices. And yes, my all steel, sectional garage door is incredibly quiet now with significantly less stress on the garage door opener. Again, only wish Affordable Doors LLC can do other home repair categories because I would definitely hire them again (and Carlos too)."
