The MFA Boston Shop offers a free Curbside Pickup service in addition to our shipping options. During checkout, you will see the option for Curbside Pickup. Please note: You must first fill-in a shipping address even if you are planning to pick your items up. This option only displays when you indicate a shipping address within the state of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, or Rhode Island. Here's how to plan your visit for pickup service:
Please wait until you receive an email indicating the status of your order is "Ready for Pickup." Curbside service is available between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Anytime, during those service hours, you may go to the curbside service location, which is located on the 465 Huntington Avenue circular drive. One you are safely parked, call 617-369-3170 to have your package(s) brought to you. Please have your government-issued ID and order number ready.
You must wear a face mask for this transaction. Please send someone in your place if you are not feeling well, are sick or have a fever. If you cannot pick up your order yourself, please contact us at webcustomerservice@mfa.org with the information of the person you trust to pick up your order.
