Delta Appliances & A/C Repair
Bought the $29 service call deal. The technician came and diagnosed this issues with my dishwasher (new pump needed) and icemaker (new unit). He made a call back to the office and quick got the estimate for parts and labor - as the parts needed to be ordered. When the parts came in, we scheduled the time for the installation. All working perfectly now!!!!! thanks!

QUALITY APPLIANCE SERVICE
We were referred to this company by Famous Tate to repair a 4-yr old Bosch dishwasher. The repairman said the motor was bad and needed replacement. Cost for new motor = $450, installed. Repairman ordered part & installed new motor (took addl 10 days). Later that same day, when I used dishwasher, it took over 6 hours to run through a normal clean cycle (usually takes only 1-2 hrs) and also wasn't heating the water. So, I called to schedule a follow-up repair. The lady who schedules appointments said earliest follow-up would be in a week. When the repairman did finally come back out, he said the problem now was a bad circuit board. Cost to fix = $300. He assured me it’s unrelated to motor problem. Bottom line: Now I need to replace this 4-year old dishwasher with a new model. Assuming they are being honest that the motor and circuit board had to be “replaced” and couldn’t be “fixed”,…. and assuming their replacing the motor didn’t somehow damage the circuit board,… their original misdiagnosis of the problem cost me $450 and a lot of time & energy.

Recent Review: Great! He came and was able to fix our dishwasher.. and troubleshoot and fixed a clogged line which was a secondary problem. He worked well and did not get frustrated when first thing he tried didn't completely fix it. Obviously VERY knowledgeable about dishwasher repairs.

Recent Review: Javier arrived on time with his partner. He is pleasant and friendly. He immediately went to work to evaluate the problem with the washing machine. After a short period of time, he was able to determine that there was a broken washer lid switch. Javier showed me the switch and replaced the broken switch with a new one. He did this job in a short period of time. The washer now works fine. I then asked him if her could take a look at my dishwasher. It had been making a strange noise, which I described as a chirping sound. Javier took apart the dishwasher, cleaned out the pump, and found that a plastic fan attached to the motor was broken. After checking the internet, he found that the motor and fan parts are not sold separately. Javier went to our local Lowe's, purchased some specific high temperature glue and fixed the fan. This saved me a lot of money, rather than buying a whole new motor and fan unit, as the motor is working fine. Javier is an excellent technician, very nice person and good business professional.
