They were really professional about scheduling, called to confirm, then called ahead of time on the day of the service. The plumber who came, Chris, was equally professional and did an expert job of troubleshooting the issue, then fixing the spot where the leak was coming from. I've had to call service people in many times before and my experience is always hit-and-miss--I was pleasantly surprised that the service we received from Pipeline was exactly what a customer expects from a service provider: professional, timely, efficient, and thorough. Very thoughtful - from letting us know his arrival time, masking up, wearing protective shoe booties in our house, keeping the dust contained in the bedroom by conscientiously keeping the door closed, to giving us advance notice of when water was to be shut off. Sutherland Plumbing LLCSuperlative service! I contacted Ti when I was unable to relight the water heater pilot light after I had turned it off for some home plumbing work. He contacted me within minutes, even though it was Super bowl Sunday. Ti walked me through the relighting process in a professional and easy to follow manner. Once he was sure I was following the process correctly, we discussed other possibilities I could investigate before having a service call. I was able to confirm the issue and relight the pilot light. Ti asked only for a good review on Angie's list if I found his service helpful. I will be contacting him again to discuss any next steps for this issue, and for any plumbing related work needed in the future.- David C.

Sutherland Plumbing LLCThe meter reader informed us we had a leak so we called Sutherland. Prompt response, got here ahead of schedule, wearing masks. Very patient with my young dog! After spending about 40 minutes eliminating possibilities they concluded the leak was in the sprinkler system so we shut it off. This is not in their job area but the man told us there would be no charge for their time! Next time we need someone they get the call.- Lynda S.

Sutherland Plumbing LLCI was pleasantly surprised how quick the work was done. We had an original tankless water heater from 2005 and sadly it started leaking. Sutherland came out and we determined that we needed a new water heater. Our home the old tank was built in to our garage wall, so the new one was larger and not able to go into the wall. The did a beautiful job, making it look great and function wonderfully! I highly recommend using Sutherland for your plumbing needs!!- Cindy E.

Meticulous PlumbingI have used Meticulous Plumbing for many years, and have always been happy with their friendly and professional service. Regarding this last job, Erin came to our house for what we and she thought was a simple repair. It turned out to be much more complicated, but she handled it with knowledge and skill. And Meticulous lives up to its name. Besides being extremely careful during COVID, they are always respectful of your home, and leave the job site as clean as (or cleaner than) when they arrived. Then I was told we had to pay $49.00 for the repair person to come out, even though he was there for such a small amount of time, and have a bid scheduled for the next week. After getting two previous bids from other companies for free, this charge from Clog Pro felt like a scam.
