It went great. I love the design and finished product. They could have been slightly more proactively communicative while the work was going on, but they were responsive to my queries and the work was done in a reasonable time frame.

What Mike designed didn't work. We requested a follow up meeting multiple times but he missed every single one.

I bought a coupon for bathroom design consultation with 3-d drawings for $100. I contacted Mr. Wiggs on a weekend and he responded to my call quickly and he came over to my house the same day to see the bathroom and discuss ideas. Due to the structure of my bathroom and the nature of what I wanted to achieve with the remodel he said he would provide me with 2 bathroom design options. I only got one and it was 2-d. (of note: during the consultation he kept mentioning how he was getting no money from the deal and how the money I paid all went to angie's...not sure why he stressed that to me multiple times as if he was doing me a favor by providing the consultation I had paid for) I emailed him multiple times for the other design and for the 3-d design but never got it. We finally set up a follow-up meeting but he didn't show up and didn't call to explain why. We had also discussed that he would provide me with a quote for the work but he didn't provide that either. I'm very disappointed.

It has been almost 7 years since I know Giancarlo. He is a talented contractor and really nice person to be around, and is a great listener who asks all the right questions to fully understand what you're looking for before he delivers. I’m ver you pleased the way both projects turned out.

Mike Ford is committed to providing customers with a detailed plan of exactly what it will take to complete a remodeling job. His Angie's List deal includes about an hour of in-home consultation time plus follow-up information in the form of a floor plan and suggested suppliers, e.g., Signature Hardware. If you have questions about the process--which I did--the best thing to do is to ask Mike directly. He is committed to working through any concerns, which he did with me.

That was excellent. They were very responsive. He gave me what I paid for and did a very nice job. I asked him to design me a bathroom that would allow for a bathtub and shower, and he gave me a design with only a shower. I decided not to put a bathtub in, so it was fine.

Mike Ford contacted me promptly and came out within the specified time for our appointment. He was very nice and professional. I purchased the deal with design renderings but because of the type of house we have, it was difficult to make and print out that kind of thing for me, but that's ok. I really just wanted ideas and to see if what we were planning was possible. We are in the process of getting ideas and estimates, and they are still on our list.

I elected not to use them for the remodeling, but they were prompt, nice, and gave us exactly what we paid for.

Excellent work. Mo was responsive and offered very helpful suggestions in terms of bathroom design ideas and material choice. The work was done nicely in a rapid way. We are happy with the result and would recommend them.

Everything went well, and I was very pleased with the experience. The gentleman arrived on time, answered all of my questions, and didn't try to push anything. Furthermore, he tried to find cost-effective solutions for the design which I appreciated.

It was okay. He did the design but didn't really want to do my job because he was looking for a bigger project.

They came out for a measurement. Promptly and on time. However, the floor plan was very basic. You pretty much get what you paid for $100 worth of design (maybe a little more). If you truly want to wrok with the space and go back and forth with a designer - you probably need to pay more. The company seemed professional, but I did not work with them enough to get a full impression.

I prepaid Angie's List $75 for 3 bathroom designs and what I received was interesting ideas but no drawings. Time wasted, $75 gone up in smoke.

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List. I felt like I had probably done a lot of it myself. It wasn't the greatest deal in my opinion. I felt like there are a lot of people who would do that kind of thing even for free just to come by and give an estimate. The guy Mike was very nice but I didn't see a tremendous amount of value in the deal. He came out as advertised but the actual design help and the result I thought I could have got that anyway on my own with apps where I could do online like take measurements and sort of do my own layout. It was a quick turnaround. I don't think I had any issues with the time frame. He was good but the result wasn't worth it.

We got a design that was poorly made and not useful at all. The person who draw the design was not the person who came over for the consultation and measurement. At first the design was so wrong that it got the walls and entrance on different places. They tried corrected it, but it was so poorly made that it looked like they must draw some cabinets on the space without taking into consideration of what we really want. Many of the details that we shared during consultation were not included in the drawing at all. We tried to follow up with them with more ideas, but they dropped the ball. We ended up with a completely useless design for $75, and had to start all over again.

We have done 3 bathrooms with Wellcraft kitchens. I absolutely love all my bathrooms and Ali and his crew did a really fantastic job. They were a pleasure to have working here--always professional and accommodating of all my questions/requests.. We LOVE our new re-designed bathrooms.

Our experience went well, Mike was on time and his team remodeled our bathroom in a little over a week. We were able to reuse the claw foot tub that was in our home when we bought it and now it's in a bathroom design that looks great

They did a very good job, from the project manager helping me choose every item to the plumber installing a pump since our sewer line is on level with the floor. The tiling was perfect, the suggestions for design and plumbing were great, and we are very happy with our bathroom design!
