SOD Home GroupI highly recommend Oren SOD Home Group! He is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions (and more) , very professional, and responsive. Oren spent over 5 hours during our first meeting showing me all the possibilities that can be done to my house (kitchen, bathrooms, livingroom, dinning room and all the rest of the house), if you know little about all the little details about remodeling your home (like I do), Oren will definitely explain it to you in terms that you will completely understand and turns your ideas into this beautiful 3D design. Oren also had awesome ideas and recommendations on how to attain your dream home. He knows house histories, and why houses were built in a certain way! He is unlike any other contractor that will just throw out random price of how much the renovation could cost you without showing you hard proof. I am a visual learner, so when he made this amazing 3D design using the exact measurement of my house, he by far blown my mind with his experience and knowledge. It even gave me a chance to actually change few things that did not quite look right with kitchen. He will make sure you will enjoy and have fun designing your home. The YardstickJack & his team did a great job from the very start when we had a lot of options to choose from to the time when everything was completely installed. And getting this done in a timely fashion during the current COVID situation was exemplary. We had them install shades throughout the house, and with any project there were bumps/issues that arose and Jack was there to help us fix them. SOD Home GroupEach craftsman that was sent to the house was knowledgeable, polite and completed their task as promised. The maple floors are beautiful and all painting meticulous. The tile was a little tricky as we replaced the trim tiles only. This meant the tiles needed to be carefully removed to avoid breaking the remaining tile. Before re-grouting, he took the extra care needed to remove and prep the existing grout. We are more than pleased with their work and would use them again.- hazel t.

The YardstickHands down the best home service experience I've had. The prices were fair, the product high quality, and the service expectational. The sales consultation was handled by Andrew and the owner, Jack, came once the final contract was nailed down. They were respectful, detail oriented and knowledgeable. We ended up going with Hunter Douglas shades and the product was delivered within a couple weeks of order. Andrew himself came and did the install within a couple hours. The company delivered on time, and the results are aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend Yardstick to anyone who wants to upgrade their window treatment.- Jay J.

Since they're located in southern CA, they thought Belmont was located in the Long Beach area and they missed the first appointment. Elizabeth ShuttersWe are the returning customer who requested three leftover windows w/o hardwood shutters. Their hardwood quality is excellent with robust hinges and flip pins, which is already proven from their first installation. They are thorough to match out shutter color with other wood decoration trims. Pricing is also very reasonable that she gave us a similar discount rate as previous work. Although, it took for six weeks after measurement to get shutters ready for installation. It is worth waiting for it. Their shutters are beautiful and brings us more value to the house.
