Everlast ConstructionWhat a pleasure and relief to find this amazing moving company. I had a move from my old apartment to a new one in another state. They met me at my apartment on time, had emptied my old apartment unit, and had me set and ready to go in 4 and half hours. They wrapped my furniture, boxed and tagged everything, so this saved time. The three-man moving crew was mindful of carefully moving items so there would be no breakage or damage. I'm fairly picky so this was a big relief. They even rolled out a floor runner to minimize dirt on the floor. Very personable, thorough, and who doesn't want to support a company that employs veterans. Bay Area's Best Relocation ServicesI am amazed at what a terrific job these guys did for my move. I was overpacked by a ton of boxes, and Carlos got all these on the truck with no room for an ant in the back of the truck. Everything got here safe and they even beat us here with the delivery. Moved all boxes and furniture into the areas we designated. Carlos did this delivery by himself which was over and above excellent service. These movers were very thorough and methodical. If your primary goal is that your items aren't damaged, this mover may be for you. However, I found that the pace of the move was substandard and as a result the move took almost 8 hours. I'm certain other movers I've used in the past would have only been 4-5 hours at the most. As a result, this move was much more expensive than it should have been.

The three-block move of my 450 square foot apartment took 21 hours and was a complete and fraudulent disaster. My valuables were left in a lobby unattended for anyone to tamper with or steal, I was lied to throughout the day about the timeline so I never once had an accurate time estimate, many items are still missing, many items are damaged, many items were left in an unlocked apartment, and despite being promised that I would be able to file an insurance claim, Robert Figueroa stopped returning my emails or texts the second I paid. I am hoping Empire Moving Services will contact me and facilitate the insurance claim or we will have to go to small claims court. For the sake of your belongings, your time and your wellbeing, please avoid Empire Moving Services.
