He was hired to do : re-caulking windows (never done), fixing the door weather stripping (never done), switched out hot water heater, changed electrical socket, patched dry wall, repaint walls (never finished), sand and re-stain door (never finished).

We started out doing shelving in the garage. Once that was completed she proceeded to say that she had additonal work in her house that she wanted done. She wanted us to paint her front entryway, hallway-2 wall inserts roughly 8'x8', bedroom hallway, hallway upstairs as well as laundry room.
