Contacted them the first time and scheduled an estimate session Friday before labor day weekend. The service person never came or contact. Second time around was able to schedule another estimate session for the next day. This time they called 30 minutes prior to the service person arrives. Rey the service person was very professional; he informed that he is not comfortable punching a hole on my garage roof as per my initial plan to install new attic fan there; but he can help to repair one of the attic fans on main house roof. He also has the exact motor to replace the current fan which must have failed for quite some time. He also makes sure he uses shoe guards to enter the house and clean up afterwards. Very quick, professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Oscar was punctual and professional. I had a replacement fan for a secondary bedroom but asked Oscar if he would attempt to repair the current fan since it was expensive. He was able to repair it saving me over $150.00 for a new fan. Oscar actually went over the time allotted by 20 minutes but did not charge me for the extra time. He demonstrated an ownership concern with my repairs.

Very nice young man. ran electrical for new fan, installed fan explained how to operate. He also had time to switch out timer for our lights to the garage lights. I was really happy about this also. Owner was also very nice, called to advise approx. arrival time, and when he was on his way, Would use this company again, and recommend them.

They showed up on time and quickly installed the attic fan. it's solar powered, so I won't need to maintain it or use electricity to run it. The house does not seem as hot or muggy since the installation, but I don't really have any proof that it's working or how much electricity it is saving other than the upstairs seems a little more comfortable. They didn't do the energy efficiency evaluation.
