ABBA General ContractingABBA demolished my substandard, detached garage and constructed a new carriage-style garage, a mudroom, and a screened patio. The project turned out great, and I continue to get compliments from my neighbors. Carl and Joe were super to work with; I always knew they were dealing in good faith to provide me exactly what I needed and wanted, and at a fair price, without the hassle of contract amendments for each realtime change of plan. For example, I had not considered the benefits of having a sliding glass door access from my living room onto the new porch. They continuously advised me about things I had not considered, such as the best direction for doors to open, the best locations of windows, three-way light switches, etc. I heartily encourage anyone with a remodeling or construction project to talk to ABBA--you will be impressed.- Larry G.

Palladio'sLiving in a city that doesn’t require contractors to be incensed makes it EXTREMELY difficult to find someone who knows what they are doing and does it well. After moving to Houston I found this out the hard way as our home needed some TLC, I hired and fired least ten [so call carpenters] as this is not my profession (if I can do it better – there’s a problem), consequently I became a self taught handyman, I mean I couldn’t do worse than the people I hired and it cost me nothing. During one of my projects I just couldn’t get things the way I liked it so once again I needed to hire a contractor. Fortunately I found Palladio's, Javier did an excellent job and even gave me instruction on how to do the task should I once again have to try this project in the future. Palladio's is my carpenter of choice punctual, efficient, and reasonable priced.- TRAYCE D.

He started the job but then I would get excuses why he couldn't come out to work on my project. This went back and forth and needless to say he didn't finish the job. At some point he wouldn't respond to my text and/or email messages. And finally when he did, I had had enough of him. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY

We enjoyed working with Cameron and his crew. His team is very skilled, respectful and courteous. The project took place as we all were going through the shock of initial COVID 19 lockdowns and challenges the pandemic presented. Craftsmanship and overall quality of work was solid. The team took a great deal of care with prep work to protect the house, cover the floors, furniture, etc, as well as with follow-up clean ups. Client service was excellent. Like with any project, there were a few follow-up items and the team was always attentive to feedback and delivered. Along the way, we asked the team to work on several unrelated mini-projects which they always took and did a great job. We took a lot of comfort in Cameron’s leadership of the project, being present, always in touch with the crew and the client, and his overall professionalism. The team did a great job for us and we would certainly hire them again!
