CALIFORNIA CUSTOM LANDSCAPEI received a few quotes from other contractors and they were actually a little lower than California Custom Landscape. But after our initial meeting with Henry it was obvious he had a lot of knowledge and experience so I was extremely comfortable and confident we would love our new yard. He understood my vision but was honest as to why some of my ideas wouldn’t work with our yard and provided his own suggestions. Most people think that contractors would only make recommendations to increase the cost, but he sees each project as if it were his own home and provides his straightforward opinion as to what really looks best and makes sense. Henry actually may have saved me money. During the construction process, he constantly kept me informed as to what the next steps were and was always available to answer any questions I had day or night. I was impressed at how quickly his team worked and they always made sure to clean up each day. Thrifty Tree Services IncWent as well as can be. About 7 guys came with all kinds of equipment (tree grinder, wood chipper ) both manual and heavy duty tractors. They protected my and my neighbor's windows with plywood. They used manual tools where the roots were near the gas meter being careful to ensure no damage was done to pipes. After the job was done, they did a great job cleaning the yard and made sure there were no dead branches and trimmings around. They filled the ground where the tree used to be with tree chips that one cannot tell that there used to be a tree there. Great job, Dave.- Vida B.

Great!! Miguel came out and gave an estimate right away and arrived on time. He understood exactly what we wanted. The crew that came was right on time and did exactly what we requested, even going back to trim a couple of areas where we wanted a little more pruning. Their clean-up was spectacular...not a single leaf was left. We did a pretty severe cut-back so we probably won't need trimming again for a couple of years, but we will definitely call Commercial Tree Services next time.

I have learned over the years if you want trees properly trimmed for looks and growth, hire a professional arborist. This is exactly what Kerry's Tree Service offers the customer. Mike Gallagher, arborist, came out, viewed my tree situation, then told me his recommendations and gave me an estimate within within 48 hours. after i talked to several other companies, I hired Kerry's with confidence the job would be done best if I used their services. I was correct. It took a crew of 5 men plus Mike Gallagher 4 hours to finish the job. They were professional all the way including final cleanup of my property at the end. All 3 trees look terrific and I look forward to seeing them after they fill out next Spring.

I was delighted with the service and, without reservations, would recommend LFG Arbor Care. They were able to quickly remove a mature amber Maple which had been planted over our water service. Then they very carefully ground down the stump and removed a roots to access the leak. They responded to my call the same day with a quote, and did the job on a Saturday given the emergency. Much appreciated!!

2 guys showed up an hour late (I called the company after half an hour late- spoke with their dispatcher); English speaking was an issue. 5 more guys did show up after the initial 2 with equipment; among them the English speaking spokesperson. They took out the 2 stumps, one more thoroughly than the other. I was told by the gentleman who came to estimate the project they would grind out the stumps deeper than they did although one I mentioned was axed out well. The other stump had some left in one area and not touched in another. They did clean up and protect the house and neighbors house...so that’s good. The price was reasonable and they came within a reasonable length of time to do the job and completed the job pretty quickly. I would consider using them again depending on the job and get the estimate and the ‘to do’ work in writing prior to the final bill. Rather surprised they didn’t call to see how it went considering the rocky start.
