First off wanted to say I don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so for this. My gas furnace stopped blowing hot air. Trouble shooted the issue myself and thought it might be a bad gas valve. Not wanting to deal with a gas valve I called different companies and ended up choosing Air Pro's due them being a Local Company, Their diagnostic fee is very reasonable and when talking with them just getting a good feeling. Jerry came out a day later and sure enough it was the gas valve. He ordered the part and it came quickly. He installed it and the furnace was back up and running. The cost came out to about what was quoted to me when I talked to them the first time. It's ALWAYS a good sign of a good business when their actual cost/bill comes out what they told you!
Here is why I'm also writing the review. About a week or so after Jerry replaced the valve, we noticed a slight gas smell. I called to have someone come back and check it out. Jerry called me within 30 min to ask some questions. He was off for the day and I could tell he was home but he drove 45 min to come back to our house. He was able to determine there was a small leak at the pipe around the gas valve. Given this was Air Pro's error the fact they came back right away and dropped everything was GREAT customer service. I would definitely hire Air Pro's again!

I was extremely lucky to get in contact with Anthony from Destiny General Contractors. He was able to stop by the same day that I reached out to him. He was able to diagnose and repair my ductless A/C outdoor unit on the hottest day of the year!
Anthony was kind, honest, and a great communicator. I cost was extremely reasonable, you will likely not find anyone better.

Five years ago we had a new furnace and an air filter installed. The furnace is working great and the air filter failed just days prior to the 5 year warranty date. Luke ordered a replacement and installed it the very next day at no charge. Courteous and friendly service and he stands behind his work and the products he installs.

Installed a new A/C unit and an air scrubber. Everything from initial contact to completion went like clockwork. No high-pressure sales, just all business, submitted a timely estimate where some companies just gave me a word of mouth estimate or none at all. Stayed in contact through email, answered all my questions, and even lowered their already low bid. After contacting them, they began to install it right away and kept on it until it was all up and running. Kept to the contracted price even though they had to use some different (superior) parts and some of the installation was more difficult than expected. Highly recommended and will be using them again!

I had an oil furnace in my home and needed to switch to gas. I called All Climate to get an estimate and they were wonderful. They came to my house and after getting a few other bids, I decided to use them. They had incredible customer service and offered solutions to issues to make my house warmer that no one else bothered to address or told me it would be super expensive. The install team was great and worked extremely hard to make sure all was perfect even setting it up for my Ecobee wireless system. Can't say enough great things about All Climate. I would highly recommend them and gave me a great price!

I really liked their system because they even sent me a picture of the tech that would come out, gave me an accurate timeframe and their communication was overall, excellent!
