Oisin Hanrahan is the Chief Executive Officer of Angi. Prior to assuming the role of CEO of Angi, Mr. Hanrahan served as Chief Product Officer of Angi since June 2019, where he was responsible for all product and technology strategy. Mr. Hanrahan joined Angi in 2018 when Handy, the company he co-founded and led as CEO since 2012, was acquired by Angi. Previously, Mr. Hanrahan founded MiCandidate, a service that provided real time political content to media companies in 25 European countries. He also founded Clearwater Group, a real estate development business in Budapest, Hungary.
Mr. Hanrahan is the Co-Founder and Board Director of The Undergraduate Awards, a foundation he created in 2009 to support and celebrate outstanding undergraduate students globally.
Mr. Hanrahan studied for his Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, received a Masters in Finance from the London School of Economics, and a Business, Economics and Social Sciences degree from Trinity College Dublin.
Angela R. Hicks Bowman, who goes by Angie Hicks, is the Chief Customer Officer of Angi. Prior to assuming this role in September 2017, Ms. Hicks co-founded Angie’s List in 1995 and served as its Chief Marketing Officer from May 2000 and on its board of directors from March 2013 through its acquisition by Angi. Ms. Hicks earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University, from which she received a Distinguished Alumni Award for Management and Entrepreneurship and the Robert C. McDermond Medal for Excellence in Entrepreneurship, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
Ms. Hicks has received multiple awards for her entrepreneurial achievements, as well as her leadership in both the community and the technology field, including (among others) being named the Women Tech Founder of the Year in 2016 and awarded both the TechPoint Trailblazer Award and Harvard Business School's Alumni Achievement Award in 2017.
Michael Wanderer is an experienced human resources and people-focused leader with nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of roles. He joined Angi in October of 2018, when Handy was acquired by the company. Mr. Wanderer previously served as SVP of People at Handy.
Prior to his role at Handy, Mr. Wanderer was the Global Co-Head of HR at Jefferies. Prior to his time at Jefferies, Mr. Wanderer served as the Chief Administration Officer for NYSE Technologies and the Chief Human Resources Officer for NYFIX, Inc. Mr. Wanderer started his seasoned career at Citigroup, where he assumed a number of HR roles working & living in Tokyo, Japan, Frankfurt, Germany, and lastly New York, NY as a Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Wanderer received a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from SUNY Geneseo.
