Lonny and his crew was awesome to work with. He was always punctual and very professional. Prior to my project beginning he informed me each week what type of work would be done on my basement. If I had questions or concerns he would immediately respond back to me. I am throughly enjoying my new basement and it is now one of my favorite areas of my house. Lonny made my project stress free and enjoyable while watching my once unfinished basement turn into a gorgeous finished basement. Lonny made sure to stay within my budget and told me when certain things were not needed. If you want a contractor and crew that is honest, have patience and also have your best interest at heart. I hired Stephan when I noticed some cracks in my brickwork and was worried about foundation issues. He responded to my inquiry quickly and came out within a week. He did a thorough inspection and recommended some cosmetic repairs. He also promptly sent an official post-inspection report. It's hard to find a structural engineer in Atlanta, so I was pleased Home Advisor was able to connect me with Stephan, who I would definitely use again.
