"This job was to replace an aging wood shake roof with top quality composite shingles. Part of the roof had been re-decked with plywood but some was the original "skip decked" wood slats. Jose, the owner, was able to measure the roof and quote within a couple of weeks with two options for shingle quality. His original price seemed a bit high, but after I informed him of the solid decked part which would save labor and material, he re-quoted with an attractive price. He was able to schedule the job for one month out. I checked and confirmed that he got the required permits before the job. His crew arrived on schedule and worked every week day until the job was done. They cleaned up the site every evening before leaving. Early in the job I decided to add gutter covers to the back side of the house under a large tree. Jose quickly brought me samples and we settled on a reasonable price adder. After stripping off the old roof, Jose and the inspector agreed that a portion of the existing solid deck needed to be replaced due to water damage. After some negotiation we agreed on a reasonable charge for the extra work with very little time lost. At the final inspection the inspector commented on the high quality of the work, but found two small flashing errors due to recent changes in the local codes. These were fixed within two days with no impact on the agreed price. My neighbors have complemented the great appearance of our new roof. "Other roofing companies told me that the complete roof need to be replaced (some with estimates of almost $30,000!!!). Terry came out soon after my initial call. Let me know how they could quickly do some leak repair and then came out to do the maintenance needed. Only one other roofing company said a repair instead of a replacement could be done. Be forewarned that some roofers only see dollar signs. Terry sees the customer and was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend."

"I'd trimmed bushes for access around living room, but it wasn't needed, they put one ladder to the roof and worked down from above. Much simpler. Estimator thought we might get by with puttying 3 small rot spots and sealing 2 places without replacing the gutter. But the installers didn't agree. I had an additional estimate in my hand within an hour. They came out, removed the entire board that had the rot spots, replaced it with a pre-primed piece, full length of the gutter, the put up the gutter. First rate work, and I was happy to pay for it. Its fixed, its right, the installers were very compitent and worked dilligently. I'm very pleased with getting this project done!"
