"Alex is great. He always answers his phone, and he cleaned my three roofs and my gutters the day after I hired him. I was very very pleased with the fast response time, and he and his assistant did a beautiful job. It was a big job too because my roofs had been badly neglected. They were covered with dead leaves and dirt, and the gutters were seriously clogged. Alex cleaned my steps and carport as well! They now look great too. Thee price they charged was reasonable too for all the work they did. I'm very happy with them, and I will call them again the next time i need my roofs and gutters cleaned."
"Hired for gutter cleaning. My expectation was for him to power wash the leaves out of the gutters. Instead he went much more detailed, taking the gutters off and cleaning them individually, removing and clearing out the downspouts..way more thorough than I expected. Highly recommended!"
"Cleaned out gutters and downspouts, then installed LeafFilter on existing gutters. No more gutter clogs, no more icicles and no more worries about ice dams causing roof leaks!! Very happy with this job. "
"We had them clean our gutters. They did an excellent job with the gutters and downspouts. They recommended a company for replacing one of our downspouts. This company, O.K.'s Rain Gutters, did an excellent job also. We did not use CA Window Cleaning for cleaning our windows, but we probably will when the rain stops."
"I hired Allodial to clean the gutters. They were prompt and did a great job . I would definitely hire them again. I highly recommend them. "
"Quick service."
" Very happy with their work"
"Arrived on time, did a great job"
"Wren was a super nice guy and did a great job. He hung our picture frames and made sure everything was to our exact specifications. Great service, professional and courteous. Would recommend and hire again! "
"Apex Window Cleaning did a wonderful job and we have them back again. We will also recommend them to all our friends. "
"I hired Fidel to repair my back wooden stairs and he did a great job. Fidel arrived on time, did a quality repair on the dry rot. He not only fixed what I asked him to but did an inspection & found other areas of dry rot that needed to be fixed as well. I would definitely hire Fidel again."
"He was very polite. He did the work very well. My yard hasn't looked this good in a long time! I will use him service again. I highly recommend his services."
"Very professional job done. Turned out better than I could have anticipated "
Experts recommend cleaning gutters out at least twice per year - once in the spring and again in the fall. This is because leaves and other debris can fall and get trapped in your gutters and downspouts, causing clogs when rain falls and snow melts leading to water damage to other parts of your home including your foundation. While it may sound easy to get the ladder out and do this project yourself, it's best to leave this job to the professionals to avoid injury or damage to your gutters - especially if you have a high roof. Enter your zip code and let HomeAdvisor connect you with gutter cleaning services near you who are ready to help.
The average cost of gutter and downspout cleaning is about $160, or between $120 and $225. The total depends on factors like the height of your house and the condition of your gutters. To get an approximate cost, use linear feet or the square footage of your house.
Professionals recommend you clean your gutters up to three times a year: In the spring, summer and fall. Clean gutters with gutter guards at least once a year.
Clogged gutters can cause pooling on your roof, which is one of the most expensive components of your house. Pooling water leads to leaking and overflowing, which puts your roof, interior or foundation at risk for damage.
A licensed gutter cleaner will inspect your gutters and remove dirt and debris from them.
If you have a gutter guard, they will clean it out and inspect it to make sure there is no damage. Your service professional can also repair fasteners and seals while they are cleaning.
It takes up to two hours to clean gutters on a one- or two-story home. Removing gutter guards can add more time to the process. Large homes or those with high roofs or a significant slant may require more time. Talk to your service professional about the length of time needed to complete the job.
