Project is taking a lot longer than quoted or expected but overall the work looks good and it was priced very reasonable. This was the largest interior job Sitz Construction has taken on to date so there were some hick-ups and learning curves along the way but overall the business construction they performed looks really nice.

I loved working with Steve. He was pleasant and caring. He communicated well (which is important for any contractor). We had a second story deck that required a tear-off and an existing shed that needed to be taken down. He had a respectful workers. I'm hoping I can post a photo so you can see the quality work Steve is doing. If you're considering this contractor for outside work...get started early in the spring. He's in high demand and can only take on so much work for one summer. I'd call him again if I need more work like this done. BTW, I found him on Home Advisor....Thanks for being here.

Mike had excellent follow through, and assisted us in saving money by determining which parts of the project we could do ourselves. I've worked with many contractors over the years and JJB is the best I've worked with for residential remodeling. That's no small statement.
JJB is responsive, communicative, on-time and on-schedule, does not cut corners, always willing to tackle new issues or problems that arise during construction, respectful of neighbors / other tenants, and very fairly priced for the quality of work that they provide. We even had some city permitting issues from prior construction that JJB was able to take on and get cleared up. I can't express how much headache this saved me! On top of being great contractors, Joe and Jeff and their team are also just great people - very personable, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to be around. They really desire to make their customers happy and to do good work. You won't find any cheap shortcuts or shoddy work with this team.
When the time comes for another construction job in the area, they will be my first call. I really can't give much of a higher recommendation than that!
