    is it possible to disable the selling?

    i have a customer that would like to use it as digital menu in the restaurant

    No, we don’t cover this use case. It’s intended to be an ordering system.

    yes, you can simply disable all the delivery, takeaway options or just set the restaurant as closed so no orders can be placed.

    However there are much better plugins to simply place a menu on your website, using Gloria Food for this is overkill.
