Spectrum OneSpectrum One is our choice over and over again for renovating our home, which was built in the 1960s. Dennis comes out and looks at the scope of the project and gets back to you in a timely manner with an incredibly detailed and professional proposal. He takes into account your vision for the home and offers suggestions for improving the project or explains how the team can make that vision come to life. The project managers who oversee the project from start to finish have been diligent, respectful and ensure that the work being done is of the highest standards. They are on-site every day with a whole team working to get the job done as beautifully and as quickly as possible. The attention to detail from the whole group is what I most appreciate. We have used them for whole-home flooring (removal, installation and baseboards), recessed lighting, countertops, backsplash and would trust them with any project. We recently completed a third project with Spectrum One that included widening doorways, redoing an outdated fireplace hearth, and remodeling two bathrooms. Everyone at Spectrum One is quick to respond, honest, creative, and fun to be around. We love them and highly recommend to anyone looking to do a renovation, repair, or build!- Jessa T.

GVD RenovationsGVD were a great company to work with. They have excellent work ethic by starting work by 8 am each morning, work through until lunch, then cintinue working until 5 pm. No sitting around, playing loud music, talking on their phones. They kept the work area clean and neat at the end of each day. The final product is beautiful. Halvorson Mason CorpWe researched several builders and engaged with one who cheated us out of $10K. So, of course, we were very leery of choosing our next builder. Halverson-Mason impressed us with their expertise and their quality approach so we chose them. We have been living in our house since Nov'2019 and couldn't be any happier and more pleased with our house. The quality is superb and we have had no issues with anything in the house. Chris Fairfield is very professional, courteous and we can't say enough good things about our dealings with him. Also, when the locals including real estate agents heard we were dealing with Halverson-Mason, all of them told us we chose well and that we were lucky to have hired such a great company. Their engineering expertise and ability to handle unexpected obstacles enabled quick solutions to be found to complex issues. We also dealt with many of their workers and all of them treated us with the highest respect, were very courteous and very hard working. We couldn't believe how many hours they worked under poor weather conditions. Halverson-Mason also got inquiries into their services as our neighbors saw them work on our house. We highly recommend using this company with no reservations. Remember that you get what you pay for. My wife and I had Nick from Solid General Construction redo our master bathroom. Nick did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations. He transformed our original 1978 bathroom to modern day master bath out of a catalog. From day 1 we knew what was being done and what was next on the agenda. The communication from Nick is what I appreciated the most. Even after we decided on an item, such as the tile pattern, Nick would listen to what my wife wanted and worked WITH us to create a great concept. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is shown in the finished product. I can't wait to get Nic out here again for our kitchen remodel.
