I'm very happy with the price and result. Nick offered two solutions: repair the broken brick base or replace the entire enclosure. He was able to find some matching bricks to do the repair option. He did not charge extra to hunt down the brick or to reclaim some of the old brick to intermix it with the new--which helped blend the repair. Nick was a pleasure to work with. As he was working, he took the time to explain what he was looking for, what (if anything) he found and what he was doing to correct any issues. He also explained things I could do myself at the end of each lawnmowing season that would keep my mowers running well and help save money. Knowledgeable, honest, laid back and friendly. I am very pleased with the work Capehart did. I have a beautiful new walkway, safer steps to the front door, and better lighting. It has certainly added value to my home. I worked with Justin. He presented several options and made suggestions and was patient as I took some time to decide what I wanted. The installers worked incredibly hard and did an excellent job. This is the 3rd project done by TruBlue for us. Each time, I have been extremely satisfied with the work!! The first project was a shower installation. (It is beautiful!!) The second project was exterior trim repair and painting. The most recent project was an attic door replacement, by Darrell and Anthony. (Arrived and finished on time, did great work, and were friendly and helpful!) Each of these projects were quoted fairly and completed within budget and on time. The owner and his crew are respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I obviously trust the work since I have scheduled work with TruBlue on 3 different occasions. 10 out of 10 plan to call TruBlue when I need any other work to be done!

I had a circumstance where I was unable to mow myself for a period of time, and Courtesy Cuts helped with very little notice and a reasonable price, too! Mower CareCommunication was very ineffective. Service was performed on a Thursday. There were issues with the tubes on the front tires that required the mower to be taken to the shop. In addition, there was a spring that needed to be ordered. Service tech recognized the spring was something I could install so we agreed that if they didn't have the part by early the next week I'd put it on myself. Tech said the office would call early in the week to arrange delivery. I was not contacted by the office, and ultimately I had to call them Wed, Thur, and Fri the next week and by Friday essentially demand that the mower be returned that day because it had been over a week since the grass was cut. Told them I'd be happy to pay for shipping the part to my house when it finally arrived but never heard back on that (and need to re-examine the bill to make sure I wasn't charged). The tune-up and sharpening was fine. But if they have to take your mower to the shop, good luck getting it back in a reasonable amount of time. The poor communication + amount of time they had my mower will have me looking elsewhere for additional mower work.- Doug C.
