The washer broke in the morning. Four hours later, it was fixed and finishing its cycle. The technician arrived at the very beginning of the range of hours they'd said he would come. Both he and the office called to let me know he was on his way. I was thrilled they could come that day, to save me from lugging the wet, soapy clothes out of the machine. Apparently a switch broke, and the machine thought the lid was up. They had an Angie's List coupon, which helped with the price.

The washer door stopped latching closed at the beginning of the wash cycle. So we could not run a wash as the door would open at the slightest pressure. This was Sunday evening so we could not contact any repair service to get it fixed. The next day, Monday morning, I found several repair shops and of the 4 places I found here, Expert Appliance Services were the only shop that worked on Samsungs. From the short conversation we had over the phone, he got the right part, came to the house, and had it installed very quickly on the same day!. The service was done very professionally and we were very impressed with the promptness and quick turnaround. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. We will definitely use their services again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Seriously the most unprofessional service I have ever used as a homeowner. Didn't even send me a receipt for the first fix. Broke again the next week and leaked through floor into basement, which I didn't receive any compensation for. Paid him again and somewhat new dishwasher broke a month later in the same place. Technician was very rude on the phone. I'd rather burn my warranty with them and pay another company double to not deal with this jerk ever again. The tech called 20 min before he showed up, which was pretty much within the first 3 minutes of my 3 hour block of time. Very courteous and knowledgeable. The repair was done and then it broke within 2 days. We called to get the repair man back to fix what was not repaired and they scheduled us for 12 days out. They would NOT provide any appointment other than waiting the full time, like everyone else even through they didn't repair the refrigerator the first time!

We called DMV after our built-in ice maker broke. Ali came out the next day to work on it, and the job ended up being more complicated than we had originally thought. Ali ended up coming back a total of four times over the course of a week to fix it, and was nothing but professional, fair and considerate. He did not charge us any extra for the additional visits, and called to make sure the problem was completely fixed. I cannot recommend this company or Ali enough! He was great.

On the initial call he said he thought he knew what the problem was from the description provided and would bring the part. He was very courteous and certainly knowledgable. On the day of the service he arrived on time and after a quick inspection said his suspicion was correct. Within about another 15 minutes he had the repair completed. He showed me the broken parts and explained how this was one of the weaker areas of the machine. He displayed a good mix of friendliness and professionalism. Super Service Award Recent Review: [UPDATE] After intervention by the owner to address some early problems, I have significantly upgraded my view of Brennan's. I would definitely reach out to them for future HVAC needs. It took a number of visits for Brennan's fully resolve an issue with our furnace. Although I wish they had done a little more diagnostic work early on, I appreciate that these systems are complicated and that they were trying the cheapest solutions first. A customer service issue prompted the owner to get involved. He was extremely helpful and our furnace was quickly fixed.

Super Service Award Recent Review: Our second floor ceilings were starting to fall down (neighbors already fell). We had them screw in the ceilings in three bedrooms and the hall as well as fix large vertical cracks in several rooms. They put screws in the ceilings a foot apart along all the joists. After they mudded and painted, the repairs are so clean you cannot even tell where they patched. I will admit they were not our cheapest bid but I am very glad we went with them.

They informed me of my unit performance and gave me helpful tips. Recent Review: Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. We called Michael & Son to have it repaired. They installed the unit two years ago. Because we have members of the family with health concerns, Edwin came on the same day we called. He was friendly and courteous when he came to our home. He evaluated the problem with our AC unit that was still under warranty, so the parts and repairs were covered. He did not have the part with him but was able to get it the next day and fixed the unit as soon as he was able. We have used Michael & Son in the past and have always been pleased with their service.
