Excel electric - very prompt to respond to initial outreach from customer, punctual to job site, demonstrated good understanding of the job to be done. Very quick and efficient. In a post-COVID world, when itâ s difficult to source both materials and labor for every aspect of building and renovation, the team at Comet Electric is a shining exception. My latest experience in working with Don Cortez and Jim Esser was as streamlined and easy as the other times Iâ ve called them into a job. As an interior designer, they have the knowledge and sense of urgency I need during a project and they understand my vision for each one and provide superior customer service. We moved to Vero Beach from New England and purchased a new portable generator that ran sluggishly. I contacted Brian, who came to Vero to trouble shoot the generator and work with the supplier. After assessing and determining the gas and electrical hookups were effective, Brian realized the supplier's natural gas regulator was defective. The supplier sent us a new regulator which Brian came back to Vero to install. Brian also noted that the gas line provided was too small for the unit and contacted the supplier who provided us the proper hose. I can't say enough good things about Brian. The service he provided was excellent, and his commitment to helping us finally get our generator operating properly was noteworthy. Highly Recommended.
