Hytek Builders, L.L.C.This is by far the best company I have used for a roof replacement (and I’ve done that three times). With hail damaging the roof, John (owner) came himself and inspected the roof. He then asked permission to deal with insurance - and he took it from there. Very VERY professional, on time, great crew, always checking on us. The roof was replaced in 1.5 days. New gutters too, screens for windows. Overall A++ totally recommended. This remodel with this contractor went very well. He is very responsive and is willing to discuss things over the phone or will meet in person at the property. I was impressed with his attention to detail. He also pulls permits so all work is legal in San Antonio, which is a problem with other contractors I am told.

Our entire house needed leveling. House is on Pier and Beam. Had worked with Alamo City Construction in the past. My wife and I agreed this job needed someone we could trust to get the job done and provide us with piece of mind. The team that came out did a professional job. Working with Brad Westphall (Westphall Remodeling) has been a great experience from the moment he stopped by our home to provide an estimate until the time our project was completed. The price quoted was reasonable and in-line with other quotes that were provided, but the factors that convinced us to hire Brad were the phenomenal pictures that he provided of other projects he had completed in the past and the high reviews that were posted about his work. Our project included extending the back-porch patio, building a fireplace, replacing the back-porch ceiling, adding electrical power for recessed can lights and ceiling fans, staining the back-porch floor, and extending a unique roofline. Brad’s goal was to make the back-porch extension and roofline look like it was part of the original build of the home, so he had to be creative. He definitely hit the mark!! We don’t think the original builder could have done a better job. The level of professionalism that we experienced was evident from the beginning when we received a detailed contract of the work to be performed as well as a comprehensive breakdown of the drawings that we were able to provide to our Property Owners Association for approval. In addition to being professional, Brad and his subcontractors were always punctual, friendly, and detail oriented. We could tell they took a lot of pride in their work. Brad made sure that we knew when each subcontractor was supposed to arrive and provided an estimated completion date. The contractors always made sure that their work area was neat and clean at the end of each day. Brad took the time to stop by daily to inspect the work done the previous day and answer any questions that we had. He kept the lines of communication open and there was never a time that we e-mailed or called him that he did not respond immediately. We would definitely recommend Westphall Remodeling to our friends and family!

I was needing a remodel for my new home because it was definitely outdated, the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms needed a lot of work, and I also needed a walkway and some turf for my backyard. After a lot of research for a contractor, I found Lifestyle Remodeling and I saw that they had a really nice reviews, so I set up an appointment and Eli and Matt came to see the job. I instantly felt comfortable with them. They are very knowledgeable and they explained me all the process since the beginning. Once the work started I notice their crew cleaned every day before the left, and Eli told me the schedule and sending me pictures of every stage of the work.
