We had one small issue and they were right back to fix it. They left absolutely no mess inside or outside. Everdry Of Greater IndianaI left one review discussing the sales and customer service staff on Google. This review is for the crew who performed the work. I must say, these guys were fantastic! They were friendly and patient with us. Even with having to do this work in sleeting rain and snow. They were here every morning bright and early and worked quickly but made sure to do the work right. There were a couple things they did extra to that they didn't need to. They hooked our washer and dryer back up once finished with the concrete around the perimeter of the basement. They also are coming out one extra day to power wash off the drive and patio due to all the mud. These guys were informative, pleasant, respectful, and effective. Our foreman was Jesus and he was wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. Brad, who is the supervisor to Jesus, called daily to check on how things were going and to answer any questions I had. There was an erosion and they come out and put several big rocks. They also put underlay mat. Wheelbarrow all that rock they had several man out there. They done all this by hand, all super nice they inform and you call you. We had a service here last year, this guy come out , he knew what to do we did not have to worry. I was so hyper and my husband said to calm down.

We hired A-1 after talking with a total of 5 companies about waterproofing our basement. Wayne gave us a really great and comprehensive walkthrough of their process, and was the most flexible about working around our wooden basement stairs that were over part of the trench space. The foreman for the basement, Frank, kept us up to date along the way, and was great about adding on some extra xypex patch work when the removal of an old cabinet revealed some new wall damage. We're happy to have a dry basement and stabilized porch, as well as a warrantee that we can pass on if we ever need to sell our house!

Good! I spoke with Marty and sent him some pictures of the areas in question along with some more pictures of other areas he wanted to see. He consulted with his team and determined that the issues appeared to be of a cosmetic nature rather than foundation issues. He talked to me and explained how they came to that conclusion as well as gave tips on what to look out for and how to prevent foundation issues from forming. He also warned me that other companies might try to sell me a service I don’t really need. Overall, I felt like they provided an honest assessment of the situation and didn’t try to scare or persuade me into buying something I don’t need. Grateful for that. They’ll be at the top of my list if I ever think I do need any of the services they offer.

Business Description:
Water and Foundation problems can be confusing and stressful. We have been helping home owners throughout Central Indiana for over 10 years. Our highly trained local foundation experts will evaluate your home and work with you to provide a repair action plan.
Recent Review:
We hired them to level our concrete front porch which had settled such that water runs toward the house. They were prompt to come out and assess the issue and seemed knowledgeable and responsive. We paid a deposit to book the repair. They were not able to level the porch and instead made it worse. They did some sealing against the house which they first asked cash for and then ended up throwing in and they also injected material into one section of sidewalk they said was a tripping hazard (we did not request this and it was never noticed or discussed when they came out to give their estimate) They still expected full payment even though they hadn't done what they contracted to do. I offered to pay half of the remaining balance which they eventually agreed to accept as payment in full. This morning we had 1-2 inches of water in front of our door and all along the house and I regret that we paid anything. We understand they invested time and materials but they didn't do what they contracted to do and they never told us there was a possibility they couldn't fix the problem. They had no contrition about the failure and had no ideas or suggestions of how they could resolve it. They were only concerned with getting paid.
