ABC Quality Moving & StorageMy whole experience with ABC Quality Moving and Storage was wonderful! The office was friendly and very accommodating, and the quote was spot on. On the day of the move, Dustin and Will showed up on time, and were professional and friendly, as well. They loaded the truck quickly, while still taking the time to protect my furniture so it didn't get damaged in the move across town. They unloaded the truck even faster, and everything arrived in the same condition as it was before the move. They made sure to put every item in the room I requested, which made unpacking a breeze. ABC Quality Moving & StorageThere are so many horror stories about movers. Selection of a mover is, at best, a somewhat informed crapshoot. I am here to tell you that ABC Quality Moving in St. Louis MO is fantastic. After all of the horror stories of companies changing their prices and damaging property, I found a diamond. ABC Quality Moving in St Louis, in the form of supervisor Kevin W, Bradley, Dave W, Tyler and Walt, are amazing. They showed up to my home with extra help that I didn't need to pay for. I paid for a four-man crew and 5 people showed up, and they were fantastic. They moved some of the heaviest furniture known to man and did so with a smile on their face. While the office personnel (Debbie) was annoyingly honest, and she said they could not guarantee a price because they can't guarantee how much time it will take. While all that worried me, it should not have. It was spot on the price that they quoted me. Sje put up with my phone calls, fretting and OCD like perseverance of the selection process. The price was not the cheapest one I found in town, but it was good. It is the quote I felt the most comfortable with. Ask for Debbie and she will shot you straight. Tell her John P. told you to call. The team of Kevin W, Bradley, Walt, Dave W and Tyler were amazing. They were fast, did not dilly-dally, wrapped and protected everything. They gave me a sense of ease from the moment they arrived. I bought pizza for lunch and they went off the clock while they ate. I could not have asked for a better team. If you are looking to move, this is the company to use and this is the team to ask for. Thank you so much. I could not have asked for better help in the move.- John P.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!Destroyed my property after I paid them $1300. That was in Dec 2020. Getting runaround from Co. Refuse to come see damage after we sent them 30 pics. Offer less than $200, to compensate but did over $1000 damage. Also took my container of meds, found an black plastic bag full of loose medications and no bottles and the bottles in bag were sealed, and of different types. Also, was told the truck made a turn and everything shifted over and our things went all over the truck and took us months to find remotes for the beds etc. We left our apt and the movers left 1/2 hr before we did, yet we waited 1 1/2 hr for them to show up

To begin with, we did not know these movers and found them on Angie's list. They were excellent. They were very professional, careful with all the items, and punctual. Everything was transported to the various places correctly and everything arrived in excellent condition with no mishaps. Many of the items were either difficult to move because of size and weight or quite fragile and valuable. My clients and I were very pleased and would definitely recommend them. This was NOT an easy move and they handled it with ease. The event went more smoothly than we expected. I would use them again.

Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
