Excellent place to get your pet groomed. I've been using their services for about 10 years. Fair prices and relatively fast service. My dog is more relaxed and happy when we are finished here than he was at the previous groomer. I have recommended this place to several people and we all love it. Great job Shannon.

I've been using Wisconsin Pet Care for the past 6 years and can't say enough good things about them. They take my two fur-babies on a walk rain or shine and give them plenty of love and attention as well. My pups are very happy with their staff which provides me with a lot of comfort knowing they're being well cared for. They come every day and I've also used them for overnight sitting. They're a company that I trust and wouldn't know what to do without them.

Got exam, medication and had to return for recheck. On recheck ear infection was gone. Also talked with Dr Stefani about some behavior issues which she was great and completely answered and also talked about my other dog and she was wonderful, very knowledgeable and made suggestions.

Dog was nicked during grooming. Not a big deal. But nothing was said about it at pick up. Found my dog bleeding when she was removed from my car at home. When I called to inquire what happened and why wasn't I told, I was told there is no proof they are responsible. They would not let me talk to groomer without manager listening in. I got a lot of attitude and the run around from the desk manager. They are under new management and I don't think they want to take responsibility for their errors. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Recent Review:
I went to pick up my dog from boarding on a Friday night from CEDAR CREEK PET RESORT near Jackson, WI. I had asked that my dog be given a bath and nail trim prior to my picking him up. When I arrived, the receptionist checking me out was giggling and told me that "your dog did not like to have his nails trimmed and he did not like his feet brushed out". I asked her if she had used a muzzle - she said no. I paid the bill and then saw his eye. It was hemorrhaged and the tissue was so inflamed it stuck out around his lids. I asked the receptionist what had happened and she said it might have been due to soap getting in his eye. She had the girl who bathed my dog call me the next morning (she was not in that night) - she said that his eye was fine before and after the bath. The next day the hemorrhage had gone down during the night but there was blood all around the eye and a very large bruise around the eye. After taking my dog to the vet to be checked, I contacted the owner of Cedar Creek Pet Resort, explained the story and asked for reimbursement for vet bills incurred ($400+) I also offered to bring my dog in to show her his eye. She said to bring him in - well things ramped up fairly fast after that. She refused to refund any money, did not take any responsibility for my dog's injury and I never got an explanation as to what happened. The bruise lasted for over a week and luckily he did not lose his eye.

Recent Review:
My dog had surgery by MD Raavi. He survived the surgery only to die a day later due to being given way too much neutralizer after surgery. Instead of sleeping after surgery the dog was wired out of his brain. He has up for over 24 hours panting until his heart gave out. Do not let Raavi touch your beloved pet!

We will never go anywhere else. Our dog absolutely loves Helena and Erin. Pearl can be a bit anxious in various settings but always is happy to come here. She will literally pull us inside. She hopes right up on the grooming table and will lick the girls while they do her nails. Sometimes even resting her head no theirs. They are so gentle with her and so kind.
They give great advice too when we have had questions about training. Cannot give enough praise for this business!

Wisconsin Pet Care LLCExcellent! I cannot recommend WPC enough. Knowing my cats are cared for and entertained while i am traveling for business is such comfort to me. I would not hire just anyone to cat sit; yet, i would and do hire WPC because every caregiver has been professional, prompt, reliable, and efficient. And I do believe they treat my felines as if they were their own. Plus, those update daily emails with photos of my cats are such a treat to receive! The Pet Spoiler LLCGreat jobs on our two small dogs. Prompt, courteous service. Why pack up the dogs and stress them out to take them to the groomer when the groomer will come to them. She did a great job on trimming up their fur and nails. After their bath and trim they came in looking and smelling great. Dogs seem to be extremely happy with how they are treated during the process even though both are normally shy or can be somewhat aggressive with strangers. We plan on using them again and also for in house dog sitting for any of our future vacations- alan H.

Mud Puppy SpawGreat! After going to a local groomer we noticed that each time our dogs would have little nicks on their body. This was a highly recommended establishment but one of our dogs would shake once we got there. We decided never to go back. We found Tiffany, whom my dog absolutely adores, and have followed her to two different stores until she opened her own place. She knows my dogs, remembers their cut, and the fact that my dog is so excited to see her is enough for me.- Phaedra C.
