Precision Overhead Garage DoorThree years ago when I called Precision to replace my old garage door with a hurricane rated door, I was so pleased that I said I could do commercials for Precision. Today, I had a minor problem that I did not know how to fix, so I called Precision for the first time since the door was installed. Daniel M Ossman Drafting Service IncWe recently were getting ready to start a renovation project when we realized we needed design plans to submit for permits. At which time we contacted "Daniel M Ossman Drafting Service Inc". We had used Mr. Ossman's services once before and we're very happy with the results. Upon speaking with Daniel, and he felt our sense of urgency he quickly made himself available to us and visited our job site. He then took measurements discussed what our plans and needs were and also made some suggestions. I'm very short time I received a call back from Daniel as he completed the Plans including arranging for the engineering the stamp and it's not ready to review them with us. Once again he made himself available and delivered the plans to us. They were all that we needed and more and our renovation was back on track. We would highly recommend Daniel Ossman Drafting Service. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and as far as price very reasonable. It was definitely a five star experience.- AL S.

Total Home RoofingTotal Home roofing was hired by my wife and I . They came out at 8 am on Monday May 11 . By 5 pm on the 12th the the roof on my home was almost finished . On Tuesday the 12 the roof was totally finished on the house and by 4 pm the roof on the garage was finished. They cleaned the property completely up. You could not even tell that a roof had been torn off and replaced. They cleaned the gutters flowerbeds drive ways completely clean of any debris. We have a very tall two story home and it’s a real pain to get on because of its height.This company made the job look so easy.. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof replacement. Bravo to total home roofing. By the way the job manager and supervisor made constant contact with me as well as the home officer staff also. They have also made several calls to follow up on the job to see if there was anything else that we needed or required. This was a class act from start to Finish.- Steven P.

Total Home RoofingOverall great experience, quality workmanship, quick install and best price of the 5 quotes I received. I believe the clean up afterwards was not that great and they could have spent an extra half hour on this. But overall I would hire them again even though the clean up was not ideal the other portions of the service were 10 out of 10. Highly recommend! K Jack Ross General ContractorWe cannot say enough good things about Jack Ross. He and his team, along with every subcontractor they hire, are professional, they are all superior craftsman (Ryan's carpentry work is the best we've ever seen), and they are delightful to have around (an important component when your house is being renovated). Integrity is very important to Jack, and that shines through in everything he does and who he subcontracts with. Especially since one of us is a bit leery concerning strangers coming over, we were dreading having people in our home and now, when our project is complete, we will really miss having them around. They go above and beyond in everything they do - including dealing with our unruly dogs! I (the spouse whose not wild about dealing with strangers), have never trusted anyone with my dogs before, and Jack, Ryan, Kyle, and his whole team, I trust completely with my dogs! They are very affectionate with them and it’s obvious they love dogs as well. The quality of work they are doing, their friendliness and their care (they leave everything IMMACULATE when they leave) makes us feel like they're working for their own family, not just clients. We feel truly blessed to have found Jack and we can't imagine going through such an intense renovation with anyone else. Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him.

Exceeded expectations!!! The crew was friendly, conscientious and professional. I forgot to move outdoor furniture, but they did so and carefully. They were on time, clean, and the prep was outstanding. The made sure I was informed at every step. There was a problem area in which the builder "wrapped" finishes to "look" like wood and they matched it to perfection. Good luck to you if you don't choose them. Anyone else can only do just as good, but cannot do better!
