Miami Shed Remodel

They delivered the shed and I am very happy with it. Both of my neighbors also purchased their sheds from them as well and are very happy with theirs.

I selected a shed style from their yard. They are extremely high quality sheds with metal framing as opposed to wood frames. No termintes, no rot. Getting the permit from the city (owner's responsibility) was a hassle and took over a month, including 4 trips to the health department, a septic system contractor and a new survey. That's the Miami Shores building department requirements. After getting the permit everything went very fast. They had the custom build shed ready and delivered within 2 weeks. It passed inspection on the first attempt. Awesome service and quality for a very reasonable price.

When they finally got the roof for the shed, they did bring it out and install it in just a few hours.

He did ALL of the work on my house from floating the floors & putting tile floors in the bathrooms & the basic plumbing & electric. All of the painting inside & out. Installed a brand new shed on the property & took me to the hospital when I was in trouble. I gave him a key to my home so that he could take care of my animals while I was in the hospital & ALL of my friends and neighbors trust him in the same fashion. Good work & trust worthy!

Adrian and his guys did a wonderful job building an attached shed to replace the old one. They are professional, reasonable and excellent craftsman. The shed is beautiful! We are very happy.

John, the Business Development/Estimator/ and Designer was truly a godsend. He assisted in choosing an exterior color to match the flagstone on the home, driveway brick, and roofing tiles. The color is beautiful! He was always available to answer every question and concern. A very professional, honest, and trustworthy person! Penny, the office coordinator was also the best customer service representative. She was always available to answer questions and coordinated every step of the process. We always appreciated her promptness and awesome communication! We had the woodworkers build 2 new shed doors and repair other areas of our home. The end result was absolutely fabulous! And to all of the painters....WOW! I have never met a more professional, courteous, thorough, trustworthy, detailed group of people. At the end of every day they would clean all the areas. We have a security dog, and everyone worked around him too!

They were late to deliver the Shed. Phil was rude and yelled at me over the phone. The shed is good quality but the customer service is sh*t.

I've used his service before with total satisfaction. This time he repaired my storage shed which is a bit different since shed companies don't have this ability. He replaced corner molding and threshold. He determined what was needed and brought it since no shed company offers parts. It took him aproximately 3 hours including clean-up. He did a very good job.

The shed was built in a little over two days. The shed is about 65-75 square feet in size. It has a good roof, is sealed against rain, and has a solid structure. Jerry showed up on time, made sure I was satisfied with the work, and had a professional attitude.

We were looking at utility sheds for the yard and checked pretty thoroughly until we found this dealer, who handled something that appealed to us, an all-metal shed competitively priced. They were helpful and easy to deal with, albeit a little casual about paperwork. This resulted in our ending up with paperwork for one thing and a shed that was different, in two different ways. Our city, Margate, is stiff necked about these things. Long story short, the manufacturer and the real heroes of this narrative, a company out of Vidalia GA, after two weeks of back and forth trying to satisfy the city, SENT A TRUCK AND CREW AND MODIFIED THE SHED to suit the city, so it passed inspection. They were courteous and sympathetic and the soul of helpful, willing to cut to the chase and solve the problem rather than leave us sitting with an illegal, unusable shed for any longer. Really great people, and we recommend Lark sheds to anyone, as well as Franks, but watch their paperwork!
