Outdoor Makeover & Living SpacesThis is our 2nd project with the outdoor team. Our first project was in October 2019 and we reached out to start our 2nd project in May 2020. Working in phases helped us to stay in budget and was a great decision for us. The Outdoor team had our phase 2 patio and covered pergola done by July 1. (Cost for phase 2 was $39,000) So about 6 weeks to complete our incredible project. My favorite thing about the Outdoor crew is that every one of their workers does high quality work. They truly treat your project as if they were working on their own yard. Although this is an outdoor space it feels like we gained more living square footage on our house. Functional, comfortable, and attractive, it was a great way to enhance our home’s value.- Heidi N.

Intown CraftsmenUsed Intown Craftsman to make repairs on our old deck and screen porch. They replaced several weak deck boards and made important safety improvements to the deck structure. They also repaired some old water damage in the ceiling of our screen porch. Outdoor Makeover listened to what we wanted, made many wonderful suggestions, and completed the project in a very reasonable time period. The crew was top notch--real artisans who were proud of their work and unstinting in their attention to detail. Navid was terrific. friendly, expert, and professional. Ace Construction exceeded our expectations! We wanted to add a 22’ x 14’ covered porch to the back of our home that looked like it was always apart of our home. The roof line should match the other roof lines on our house and be finished to match the rest of the house. That is exactly what was completed. Bill worked with us to design the porch, had a structural engineer find the least evasive and cleanest way to create the porch structure and answered our endless questions.
