I called Jimmy out for a 2nd opinion after the first company spent less than 30 minutes here and didn't get anything done but wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to replace my entire septic/drain line from house to city lines. Jimmy worked his butt off and within less than 30 minutes already had it unclogged enough to empty the clean out pipe of all the backup and worked for close to 3 hours until this entire house and mainline was completely clear AND changed the flapper in my toilet just cause for me since it wouldn't go down too. I was so happy I paid him double what he quoted me for it just because he worked his tail off to get the job done and proved I was right not to trust the first company! He is a little rough around the edges but that didn't bother me a bit considering he saved me literally THOUSANDS of dollars with his hard work and honesty!! I recommend him to everyone if you want an honest hardworking person to get the job done!

Jason was great. Prompt in returning calls, easy to schedule with, came when he said, did the work efficiently and well, tidied everything up after. I had him replace an old toilet and snake two drains. He's now on my list for all future plumbing issues. Definitely recommend.

This company was quick to respond when I posted a message concerning the problem I was having with my floor furnace leaking gas. The company sent a technician out as soon as they could, which I posted the job on a weekend & they came on Wednesday. This was at the height of the snowstorm & freezing weather conditions so I was thankful to get them as quick as I did. My floor furnace is an older model Montgomery Ward & Company furnace. I had 3 other professional companies come out & take a look at it & all three stated it could not be repaired, it was to old & I needed a new unit. Kyle, with TradePros, came out today & did his do diligence in looking at my furnace & diagnosing the problem. Once he located the problem it was an easy fix. Kyle was very professional, courtesy, & most of all honest. Instead of actually trying to sell me a new unit he actually fixed mine. I am very appreciative of Kyle & TradePros.

Justin is superior in his work, very meticulous. He was there when he said he would be, and very easy to get a hold of. Very honest guy, I left my home in his care without a worry . Everything was done beautifully and if he had an issue he goes over it with you explaining it in detail. Lea , Justinâ s wife can handle the cabinet design working with the kitchen design center, this made the process go smoothly as she handled most interactions with them. She did her own drawings with Auto Cad and was able to guide us through the right kitchen for our needs. She made the design process flow so smoothly. If you are building a new home or just needing an upgrade like we did, I would highly recommend Justin and also adding Leaâ s service, when you do. You will not be disappointed.

I was contacted and promptly scheduled for a garbage disposal replacement. The pros contacted me the day before to remind me of my appointment time and contacted me again 30 mins prior to arrival to let me know they were on time as planned. The pro arrived and was courteous and professional. They followed COVID protocol and handled the job efficiently.
I’m working from right now so I needed the pro to execute the work while taking care to make as little noise as possible. The pro was AWESOME!

it was the kind of job that a lot of plumbers would have walked away from once they realized how difficult this job would be. Not Shelby & his crew. They showed up on time, every time. Stayed late, kept me informed & most importantly, the information he gave let me know his FIRST concern was solving my problem not simply separating me from my money.
