Supreme Remodeling IncI worked with Supreme Remodeling last year to rebuild house for me in Burbank last year. It was a long and arduous project that involved demolishing 50% of an old house down to the studs and then building an attached addition from the ground up. I sent out my completed architectural plans to at least 15 different companies, and took interviews with many of them. Received bids from maybe 5-6 different ones. Here's what the difference was. First of all, Micky the owner of Supreme remodeling took the initial meeting himself. He was in no way pushy or salesy in any way. He was patient (it took a month for me to come to a decision). I was able to look at ACTIVE construction projects that he had going on. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the new building trends and he has a good eye for design. Once I signed on, it took about 9-10 months to complete. He has a good roster of subcontractors that he works with. But his inside guys Eddie and Ronell are outstanding. In the end the real difference that sets Supreme apart has to be the service. Micky and his staff are very available and responsive. Even on a Sunday night he's active and communicating the following weeks work. If there's an issue he's on top of it. And even though the initial cost of the project was high, you definitely get what you pay for and to be honest, it is a very common experience to have contractors to offer you a lower price just to rope you into a situation where they constantly barrage you with extra charges during the project because they weren't "in the contract". All in all I would definitively work with Micky and supreme again in the future on any projects that I have coming up.- Frank C.

Paramount Pavers & ConstructionThese guys are THE BEST! Professional, artistic, totally hard-working always with a smile on their faces, on time, respectful - they finished my (very challenging) hard scrape project on time and made artistic suggestions that truly enhanced the design. P's Handyman Services IncIf you need work of almost any kind performed, Pier is your guy to call. He takes great pride in his work and will make sure your job is done RIGHT. All of his sub-contractors for each type of job were also very competent and efficient. Pier is expensive. But we now have had him do 3 jobs to either correct work that previously have been done poorly by other handymen or contractors, or to do unusual work that other handymen could not do. And there were a few ‘extra’ small things that he did without charging us for. The current work he’s just finishing now was extensive and involved several areas. They include: Replaced many rot or termite-damaged beams and fascia boards. One of the beams was 500 pounds that ran along the entrance of the house. The new beams, posts and boards were treated for termites and painted to match our existing ones. Patio Covers: Installed tinted Polycarbonate panels to cover our front arbor/patio area and the kitchen side at the back of the house. We needed protection from the sun for our shade plants in those areas, and the tinted panels look much simpler and cleaner looking than the entire back patio panels that we had Patios By B&B do that were such a disaster. Gutters were installed for both new panel-covered areas. Outdoor Electrical: Convert our low-voltage coach lights to 110 volts, install new Coach lamps that we purchased, and added new LED bulbs for those and several areas of our existing outdoor lighting. (We got tired of our halogen ones burning out all the time). Front Patio Pavers: Fix paver leveling on two small sections of our patio. One of the sections had to have a huge root dug out and removed from a previously removed tree that had created a huge ‘mound’ along the walkway. The other small area was to correct the leveling of previously placed pavers that did not flow water towards the existing drain.- David and Cathy G.

P's Handyman Services IncAmazingly well given this was done in April/May 2021. This is the third time I have use Pier (P's Handyman Services) in the last 18 months and the largest project to date. He is the most professional and exacting general contractor my wife and I have ever worked with in the various SFRs we have occupied or invested in over the last 40 years. He completed this project in 4/5 weeks from start to completion. He was on site or in touch with us daily. He will complete many tasks himself. His subs are also highly qualified and he has cultivated them for many years. All changes are carefully explained as to time and expense. Top Roofing IncWe could not be more happy with the results from Marc Ravid and Top Roofing. Marc helped us with the roof inspection during the home buying process and then eventually when we needed both repairs and a full roof replacement. Marc was immediately available for us and did fantastic work. Not only was the quality of the roof great, but he also provided a cosmetic upgrade, a contrast seal around the roof that made the whole home look amazing. Supreme Remodeling IncMickey had to deal with Conflicting HPOZ and LADBS regulations. He hired the right people to do the plans and fought with the city and made sure everything was in compliance during a pandemic. He also had to deal with subs and getting custom work done while places were slowing or closing during the pandemic.
